The reason we do this in order to out of our current is the traveling path of destruction,and to protect other species of the earth family,with the increasingly intensified on earth artificial damage,more and more people realize that we can no longer be by existing governance system to cope with the challenges of the 21 st century.The joy of living is to construct the social order in a way that complies with nature rather than the domination of nature.Our only hope is to protect what most of us desire tomorrow,is to change the old trial mode,on the basis of corrective justice guidance in the new concept of activist inspired,designed a corresponding system to regulate our society,to real change.Climate change and environmental crisis is that we failed to human management system and we,as a part of the earth's ecological system the basic rules of the direct result of the match,we must establish the norms of human behavior,to ensure the ecological protection is the last line of defense is not breached.Environmental justice research is faced with rare historical opportunities.Starting from the basic theory of environmental justice specialization,this paper makes an understanding of the connotation of environmental judicial specialization and expounds the concept of environmental justice.Secondly,the paper investigates and analyzes the construction and actual operation of the environmental protection court,and abstracts the existing problems in the judicial cases of environmental justice.Once again,we can learn from the experience of foreign environmental justice specialization.Finally the organization form of judicial specialization for the environment,the trial mechanism and application of environmental cases the program design,let the environment judicial specialization is not an armchair strategist,but by another system,make judicial specialization to real work environment,finally to achieve the ultimate goal of establish environmental court.
