Health is the eternal topic that human society concerns,and the prevention and treatment of diabetes is an important subject in medical research.Therefore,the study of glucose detection and analysis is of great significance.This paper discusses the preparation and glucose sensing properties of Co3O4-based nanocomposites materials:?1?Using urea and cobalt nitrate hexahydrate as raw materials,the precursors are obtained by a hydrothermal method,and the precursors are calcined at 150?,250? and 350? to obtain the Co3O4 nanoplatelets.The nanosheets prepared by calcination at 250? are self-assembled by countless nanoparticles.The nanoparticles are arranged in order and the diameter of each particle is about 50 nm.The material prepared at the calcination temperature has the best electrochemical performance with a sensitivity of 338.73 ?Am M-1cm-2 and a linear response range of 15 ?M-0.8 m M,which has good glucose selectivity.?2?Preparation of carbon spheres from glucose as raw material.Then the precursors were obtained by a hydrothermal method using carbon spheres as template,urea and cobalt nitrate hexahydrate as raw materials.The Co3O4 hollow spheres were successfully obtained by controlled the temperature when the precursors are calcined in the air.The effect of calcination temperature was studied.The results show that the carbon template can be completely dispelled at 650?.The obtained material is a hollow structure assembled with the nanoparticles of Co3O4.The hollow sphere has the same diameter as the carbon sphere,which is about 380 nm.The sensitivity of the non-enzymatic glucose sensor which composed of the material electrode is 808.25 ?Am M-1cm-2,the linear response range is about 10 ?M-1480 ?M,and has good anti-interference performance.?3?Alkaline-like NiCo2O4 microspheres were successfully obtained by hydrothermal method using cobalt nitrate hexahydrate,nickel nitrate hexahydrate and urea as raw materials,and controlling the temperature during the calcination.The temperature has a great influence on the morphology of the material.The material obtained at the calcination temperature of 300? is a three-dimensional microsphere composed of numerous nanowires.The diameter of the nanowires is about 30 nm-80 nm,and the length is relatively uniform and about 130 nm-150 nm,assembled three-dimensional structure of microspheres sea urchin-shaped,a diameter of about 3.5 ?m.The material has the best electrochemical activity,linear in the concentration range of 10 ?M-10480 ?M,the sensitivity of the material is 430.86?Am M-1cm-2 and has anti-interference ability.
