In the past few decades,due to the unique nature of nanomaterials and the tremendous progress made in their related research,researchers found that some nanomaterials exhibit unexpected enzymatic activity and have established a highly stable artificial enzyme as a native enzyme and low-cost alternatives,ard are widely used in various fields and made unprecedented progress.In order to highlight the progress of research and application of nanomaterials artificial enzyme?nano-enzyme?in various fields,this paper discusses the various nanomaterials were discussed and the applications of different nano-enzymes were explored in various fields.In this dissertation,the types,synthesis and preparation,activity regulation and application of nano-enzyme were investigated,and analyzing the excellent structural characteristics of nano-enzyme relative to the traditional natural enzyme,and summarized that thenano-enzyme in biological sensing has important role,laying the theoretical basis on further discovering and preparing more excellent nano-enzyme,at the same time,the preparation of two types nanozymes using two methods were described respectively,:the Au@Cux OS yolk-shell nanomaterials were prepared by ion exchange menthod and CuInS2 nanocrystals were prepared by microwave-assisted method.The colorimetric optimization of H2O2 was carried out with wide detection range and lower detection limit.Due to its high catalytic activity,this assay is widely used in clinical diagnostics,food safety and environmental monitoring.Its contents include:?1?The first chapter mainly introduces the overview,characteristics and types of nano-enzyme,the synthesis of nano-enzyme,the regulation of nano-enzyme,the application of nano-enzyme,including the summarize and research progress in copper-based nano-enzyme of copper-based nano-enzyme.?2?The main content the 2ndd of Chapter is preparing Au@CuxOS yolk-shell nanomaterials with porous shells as new peroxidase for colorimetric detection of H2O2.In this study,Au@CuxOS yolk-shell nanomaterials with porous shells were synthesized by ion exchange method.The morphology,structure,composition and properties of the nanomaterials were studied by using various detection methods.The enzymatic activities of the nanomaterials were compared and the catalytic conditions were optimized and the colorimetric determination of H2O2 was carried out.?3?The third chapter mainly focuses on the synthesis of CuInS2 nanocrystals as a hypersensitive hydrogen peroxide biosensor.The material was synthesized by microwave irradiation.We also characterized the product by various means,the material was optimized by temperature and pH,performed kinetic analysis of the peroxidase mimic,.At last,colorimetric detecting of H2O2 by recording absorbance method.
