With the rapid development of wireless communication technology,automation technology and computer network technology,intelligent locks have undergone tremendous changes from electronic locks to stand-alone biometrics intelligent locks to the more popular wireless Internet intelligent locks.Wireless intelligent locks must meet the current concerns on safety and convenience,the wireless intelligent lock system must also bring convenience as well as address the safety and low power problem.WiFi is a commonly used wireless communication technology,because it is fast and supports most of the mobile terminal,but there is a serious problem for WiFi needs to be solve,namely power consumption problem.The wireless modules based on the 433 MHz band have many advantages such as long communication distance,low power consumption and strong signal diffraction capability,and exemption from authorization with the ISM band,hence suitable for low power consumption and indoor installation requirements of intelligent lock.However,wireless transmission is extremely insecure.Therefore,this design combines the advantages of several wireless communication technologies and has added a double encryption mechanism to design a wireless secure intelligent lock system based on the 433 MHz band.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This thesis introduces the current research status of intelligent lock systems,and the advantages and disadvantages of several mainstream wireless communication technologies are analyzed.The research foundation of the subject and the main innovations of this system are introduced.The overall system design is also given.(2)We set up a smart lock system hardware circuit,mainly including the door lock terminal node,wireless transmission module and concentrator module.According to the design requirements of the system,we analyze and select the components,the circuit schematics is designed,and the circuit board is debugged and analyzed.These lay a foundation for stable and reliable operation of the system.At the same time,PC client and Android mobile terminal are developed based on the cloud server.Finally,a specific test environment is set up to test the system performance.(3)This thesis analyzes and introduces several lightweight encryption algorithms,which lead to the mechanism of double encryption based on D-H key exchange algorithm combined with XXTEA(corrected block tiny encryption algorithm)algorithm and MD5(message-digest algorithm 5)digest algorithm.The workflow of terminal lock and concentrator software is introduced in detail with focus on the 433 MHz band data Communication process.The intelligent lock system designed in this thesis can realize safe and stable communication,and satisfy low power consumption requirement.In order to achieve the purpose of intelligent anti-theft,to make sure the accurately safety of unlocking,the remote client can control the door lock remotely and display the status of the door lock in real time,check the door opening record,authorize and manage the credit card Information at the same time.
