The electric field intensification of the separation of impurities in metallurgical slag mainly refers to the external force of an electric field in the molten slag,which can reduce the content of the harmful impurity elements in the metallurgical slag,and use the resources for two or more times.However,most of the research is about how to reduce the internal impurity elements in the metal,but the research on how to reduce the harmful impurity elements in the metallurgical slag is not much.How to reduce harmful impurities in metallurgical slag,avoid waste of resources and improve the recycling of resources has become an important topic in this paper.In this paper,the experiment of converter slag and refining waste residue through FactSage software is used to find out a group or group of slag system components,which are more advantageous in the physical properties of melting temperature,viscosity and so on,to reduce the content of phosphorus and sulfur.At the same time,in the experiment,the separation of the P and S elements of the converter steel slag and the impurity elements in the refining slag are investigated by changing the voltage of the pulsed electric field and the length of the action time.The X ray fluorescence analyzer is used for the composition detection,and the best parameter to influence the separation effect of the impurity elements is finally obtained.Number.The experiment shows that when the component content of refining slag is 50.59%CaO,20.62%SiO2,18.3%Al2O3,8%MgO,0.015%P2O5 and 0.476%S,the converter steel slag group is divided into 55%CaO,21.4%SiO2,4.1%Al2O3,12%FeO,6%MgO and 1.5%P2O5.The pulsed electric field can promote the separation of sulfur and phosphorus from molten slag to the molten metal.The content of S in refining slag can be reduced to w[S]=0.329%from w[S]=0.434% to w[S]=0.329%,and the separation effect can reach 24.2%,while the P content in converter steel slag can be reduced from w[P]=1.38% to w[P]=0.689% and the separation effect can reach 50.1%.Thus,the effect of pulse electric field treatment on different elements is different,and phosphorus in converter steel slag is phosphorus.The influence of element separation is more obvious than that of sulphur in refining slag.The change trend of S and P elements in the slag near the positive and negative poles is basically the same,that is,the trend of the change of S content in the slag near the positive pole is the same as the trend of the S content in the slag near the negative electrode.The effect of the electric field on the migration of elements is not a simple closed loop,which leads to the directional separation of elements,but is caused by multiple factors together,the mechanism of oxygen transfer in the positive pole and the mechanism of the negative and directional movement of the elements.
