Gas explosion is one of the major disasters in coal mine,there are other flammable gases involved in the explosion besides methane.In order to explore the impact of the flammable gas produced by seam spontaneous combustion on gas explosion characteristics,the dissertation selects C2H6,C2H4,C2H2 as the representative gases,analyzing their impact on gas explosion from the point of reaction kinetics.Using the methane combustion reaction mechanism GRI Mech 3.0,and establishing the constant volume combustion model to analyze the impact of C2H6,C2H4,C2H2 on gas explosion pressure,temperature trends during gas explosion in detail,also analyzing the ignition delay time under different working conditions,through establishing premixed laminar flame model,to analyze the impact of C2H6,C2H4,C2H2 on laminar burning velocity,By comparing with experimental data,finding the simulation trend is consistent with experimental,which verify the correctness of the simulation results.Finally,analyze the sensitivity of key reaction steps in gas explosion,comparing the similarities and differences of the impact of three gases on methane explosion.The main conclusions are as follows:By filling C2H6,C2H4,C2H2,gas explosion pressure,temperature increase significantly,the volume fraction of CH4 which reaching maximum pressure,maximum temperature in gas explosion in advance,the largest gas explosion pressure and maximum temperature have increased;at the same temperature,the more content,the shorter ignition delay time;at the same ratio,the more content,the greater laminar burning velocity.By filling C2H6,C2H4 the decline of reaction sensitivity coefficient which promoting CH4 generating and suppress CO,NO generating more obvious,By filling C2H2,the reaction sensitivity coefficient which promoting CH4 generating and suppress CO,NO generating are both increased.C2H6,C2H4,C2H2 promote CO,NO generation.C2H2 promote explosion strongest,compare with C2H2,C2H4,C2H6 promote explosion weakest.
