This paper is mainly about an experiment which uses Huadian oil shale and Shanjialin fat coal as raw materials, and studies the individual pyrolysis of oil shale and coal, and the co-pyrolysis of coal and oil shale in different proportions.FT-IR is adopted to analyze the samples before and after pyrolysis.Tetrahydrofuran solvent extracted from samples and semi-coke solvent after pyrolysis and other extracted products go through 1 H NMR,13C NMR,and GC-MS tests so that the changes of the sample structure and functional groups can be observed. The experiment results are as follows.?1?The content of aromatic compounds in oil shale is relatively small, accounting for3.52%of the total;the content of hydrogen bond region?I4?and oxygen-containing functional group?I2?account for about 37%and 55%respectively.The pyrolysis has a greater effect on the aromatic compounds in the oil shale organic matter?the I1 value decreases from 1.0202 to 0.2632?;the ring number of the aromatic ring in the extracted product before and after pyrolysis is below three. It shows that the organic matter in oil shale is based on the macromolecular framework of fatty chains, and some aromatic compounds are embedded in the fat chain framework with C-C bridge bonds, and thus they are easily extracted.?2?Pyrolysis has a great influence on aliphatic hydrocarbon compounds in coal. The value of aliphatic compound I3 in semi-coke after treatment at 300°C decreases from1.1220 to 0.1922.The change of I1 value before and after pyrolysis is not remarkable, indicating that the aromatic compounds in coal are relatively stable and a large number of aromatic compounds in coal participate in the construction of coal molecular structure.?3?Oxygen atoms after the pyrolysis of oil shale and coal exist in a relatively stable C=O structure.?4?At 300°C-400°C,the actual value of the relative content of the hydrogen bond zone in the char after coal and oil shale co-pyrolysis is quite different from the calculated value, indicating that there is a synergistic reaction in the co-pyrolysis of coal and oil shale in this temperature range. The hydrogen-rich material in oil shale serves as a source of hydrogen for coal, generating gas and oil products, which results in the actual value being less than the calculated value.
