Currently,local governments have invested a large amount of funds in the treatment of black and putrid water body,and the phenomenon of black and putrid water bodies has been improved after the treatment.However,due to the lack of technology of water quality maintenance in the later period,the water body produces the phenomenon of repeated black and putrid.In order to solve the problem that the pollution load is rising again after the treatment of black and putrid water body,a device for simultaneous purification of sediment and overlying water in water quality preservation stage was designed.In this paper,the function-principle and structure conceptual design method is used to study the design of this device,and the following works have been accomplished in turn:(1)Designing the function of collecting disturbance by jet suction and collecting mud,and using hydraulic propulsion to complete underwater navigation.The middle part of the plate for collecting sediment consists of two boards,the two ends are composed of four plates,and the four plates are spread out in the form of an isosceles trapezoid.Based on the analysis of the working mode of the balanced airbag,the middle tube bag,the spherical head at both ends and the water-filled balanced airbag with inlet inlet pipe were designed.Theory in this paper analysis the feasibility of hydraulic propulsion to realize forward,turn and backward function,and the way of opening and closing valves is designed to control hydraulic propulsion by four valves.The characteristics of sludge and the advantages and disadvantages of common valves are analyzed.A new type of pipe clamp valve is designed,which is made of electric push rod,pipe stopper and hose.The equipment such as submersible pump,automatic valve and inflatable pump are selected and checked,and it is determined that the submersible pump with 1.5 kw flow rate of 15 m3 / h can meet the power requirement.The semi-cylindrical seal cover is adopted in comparison of many schemes,and the upper cover and bottom plate are calculated and checked.(2)According to the 3D virtual prototype of underwater bidirectional mud collecting disturbance device,the characteristic dimensions of sealing cover,frame,balance airbag and other parts are determined,the detailed machining drawings of each part are drawn,and the parts are processed by myself.According to the virtual assembly process,the complete prototype is finally completed.(3)The sealing test of the prototype was carried out to check the sealing of pipes,seals and balance airbags,and the leakage was filled and corrected,and finally the sealing effect was achieved.
