How to treat black and smelly sediment has always been a difficult problem in black and smelly water body projects,the concentration of pollutants in black and smelly sediments is far above that of overlying water,and it is released to water after disturbance,which aggravate the foul smell and blackening of water.In recent years,the artificial floating island,which uses the plant roots to absorb the pollutants from the upper overlying water,can purify the overlying water in the black and smelly water body,but it can not solve the problem of the foul odor of the bottom sediment.In this paper,the shortcomings of the existing artificial floating island are summarized and a new type of water nursery and use method for the utilization of the urban black and smelly bottom mud in situ and the promotion of overlying water purification is designed and invented according to the principle of structural,and the production of the prototype of this device has been completed by hand.The invention is mainly composed of the upper mud tank and the lower lower-gas storehouse,and the mud collecting trough and the lower gas storehouse are divided horizontally by the horizontal partition board and formed around the surrounding protection plate.The upper mud tank enclosure has a vertical overflow opening,and the horizontal baffle is vertically downward inserted through the water pipe,and the composite connecting member is located on the outside of the enclosure of the water nursery monomer,and the adjacent water nursery monomers are combined together;the gas supply system is connected by the outlet of the air compressor,the gas supply main pipe and the gas distributor,etc.and lower-gas storehouse of each nursery monomer.The balanced exhaust port and the accident vent hole,etc.are evenly distributed under the lower-gas storehouse in order to complete the exhaust process.Through the analysis of the functional requirements of the invention,the operation process is decomposed into seven states;the corresponding forcecalculation and analysis are carried out for each operation state and the transition between states.The operating parameters of the prototype during the process of spray mud are set and the accuracy of theoretical operation parameters was tested by planting test of water spray mud,then the error between the correction theory and the reality is analyzed.In the experiment of spray mud and planting,the slurry was manually mixed mud& water mixtures with volume ratio 1:9.When spraying mud into the prototype slime tank,under the condition of mud water exchange between vertical rectangular overflow with 100 mm x 20 mm,100 mm x 10 mm,100 mm x 5 mm and outside overlying water,after 15 minutes' precipitation,the increased pressure make the prototype float,then the sediment of 74.7%,83.8% and 82.9% is obtained.So the operation feasibility of this device is verified.After completion of mud filling,sowing and irrigation were carried out in the black and smelly bottom mud of the mud collecting trough,the trough contains mean value of organic matter 26.33 g/kg,mean value of total nitrogen 46.12 g/kg,the mean value of quick acting nitrogen 0.07 g/kg,the average value of total phosphorus 0.45g/kg,the average value of available phosphorus 0.01 g/kg.Then after two weeks,5.8cm tall bermudagrass plants were successfully cultivated,and preliminarily verifies that the growth of lawn can purify sediment by detection and contrast.
