In order to improve the effective utilization of pesticides.In this paper,four kinds of pesticides,Chlorantraniliprole,indoxacarbazide,azoxystrobin and zinc thiazole were widely used in agricultural production.The preparation process of nanoscale pesticides and the optical controlled release system was developed.Firstly,the PCA-PEG-PCA dendritic block polymer was synthesized,Chlorantraniliprole,indoxacid and azoxystrobin interact with the block copolymer to self-assembly for supramolecular nanospheres respectively.Particle size of nanospheres were 60-70 nm,the load rates were 32.7%,39.2%,38.6%.In the case of azoxystrobin and indoxacillin microspheres,the bioactivity determination showed that the sustained performance of the prepared nanometer microspheres was longer than that of the conventional pesticides.Starting from the intermediate and in the key reaction steps by adding the appropriate additives-dispersant N to prepare nano-zinc thiazole.The reaction yield was 95%,and the content was 96.3%.The nanos-zinc thiazole can be used directly for formulation processing.The preliminary bioassay showed that the bactericidal activity of nanometer thiazole was 6-14%higher than that of commercial zinc thiazole.The liposoluble pesticides,indoxacarb,chlorantraniliprole and azoxystrobin were studied using anti-solvent precipitation method.The results showed that the anti-solvent precipitation method could be used for the development of nano-pesticides.Synthesis of uronic acid M gel,chlorantraniliprole,indoxacid,azoxystrobin,zinc thiazole were encapsulated with them respectively and formed four kinds of photosensitive microspheres.Under irradiation they can be released slowly.In order to reduce the particle size of the photosensitive microspheres,nano-sized zinc thiazole optical controlled release system was prepared by microemulsion polymerizationd.The particle size was between 500-1000 nm,the loading rate was 80.3%and the drug loading was up to 50.6%,In the simulated sunlight,the photosensitive microspheres showing a good optical control release ability.
