Research On Management Optimization Of Logistics Supplier Of S Company

With the deepening of economic globalization,market competition,enterprises must reasonable use of external resources to enhance market competitiveness,supplier as material and service suppliers,is the enterprise important external resources,supplier management more and more get the attention of management.Although for manufacturing enterprise,logistics service belongs to the non-core business,but in the protection of the normal production of enterprises,to create a good and orderly working environment,improve staffs work enthusiasm play an important role.So the logistics supplier management strategy,and actively explore the logistics supplier management standardized,scientific,to improve employees'work efficiency and strengthen enterprise competitiveness is of great significance.Based on the theory of supplier management,this paper takes the logistics supplier management of S company as the research object and analyzes the status quo of logistics supplier management including:unreasonable sourcing strategy,supplier classification management mode is not appropriate,the supplier selection and evaluation system is imperfect,the index system of supplier performance is not comprehensive and not according to the classification of materials and services were developed supplier performance evaluation.Then,the reasons for the problems of supplier management are analyzed in detail:the functions of the purchasing department are too large and the supplier management system is not perfect.According to the problems of supplier management and supplier management theory,put forward the company S supplier management optimization plan:set up logistics supplier management,optimizing the purchasing strategy,improvement of supplier classification management mode,improving the supplier selection and evaluation system and classification performance evaluation material suppliers and service providers.This paper presents a series of optimization schemes for the logistics supplier management of S company,which has certain operational and reference value for improving the logistics supplier management system of S company.At the same time,it has certain reference significance for the management of logistics supplier of large manufacturing enterprises.
