| Hydrogen sulfide is one of the toxic gases in mine gas.In recent years,some coal rich of coal seams are mined in China,and a large number of hydrogen sulfide breaking out has seriously affected the safety production of coal mine.To carry out research on the adsorption characteristics of coal to hydrogen sulfide has important theoretical significance and practical application value.Based on the theory of quantum mechanics,gas adsorption and experimental mechanics,this paper uses the methods of numerical calculation,theoretical analysis and laboratory experiments to study the characteristics of coal adsorption of hydrogen sulfide.Mainly carried out a few aspects of the research work:(1)By using the theory of quantum chemistry,the adsorption energy of coal surface molecules with methane,hydrogen sulfide,nitrogen and other gases are calculated.The adsorption characteristics of coal to hydrogen sulfide and the strength of coal adsorption to different gases are studied by the adsorption energy of coal molecules and different gas molecules.The results show that the adsorption energy of gas and coal is bigger and stronger,and the adsorption energy of single gas is less than that of mixed gas.(2)Based on the principle of volume method for measuring adsorption,take the No.9 coal seam of Tiexin mine as the research object,with partial pressure adsorption method,to carry out coal respectively with helium and nitrogen as the carrier gas H2S adsorption experiment and coal of different gas,mixed gas adsorption experiments,study of coal at 40℃,50℃,60℃to different gases adsorption law,further study on coal adsorption of mixed gas mixed gas between the competitive relationship.The experimental results show that the adsorption characteristics of coal to hydrogen sulfide is important to study the adsorption of toxic gas,and to grasp the adsorption of hydrogen sulfide rich coal seam gas,flow pattern,and to test the content of hydrogen sulfide and the treatment of hydrogen sulfide in coal. |
