Coal-rock burst is a sudden,randomness and unpredictable engineering disaster,which is the coal sudden instability caused,The use of coal-rock of disaster timely warning information from loss of physical stability,and to impose effective control measures can reduce the risk of accidents.The monitoring of AE-Charge precursor information can reflect the stress changes of coal rock mass from the viewpoint of multi parameters,increased the information capture capabilities of the monitoring system,significantly improved the accuracy of forecast and early warning.The paper takes physical experiment as the main research method,established the monitoring system of AE-Charge during coal-rock failure process,experimental study on mechanical behavior of coal rock and the characteristics of AE-Charge signal under the action of continuous,graded and cyclic loading,The result show: different loading paths cause energy release mode difference and the change of mechanical behavior of coal rock,with the confining pressure increased,strength of coal rock,the residual carrying capacity improved,the gas caused effective stress reduce caused capacity of coal-rock reduce.The AE-Charge signals have asynchronism during the coal-rock failure process,the produce and amplitude variation of signals have good consistency with the size and stage of loading.For the first time,a high signal is in the elastic phase,and the AE priority to Charge signal appeared,at strengthen phase the high amplitude signals are continuously generate,at stress peak AE-Charge high value pulse signals continuous appeared,affected by the confining pressure AE lag appeared,the confining pressure higher the whole ring counts,lower the AE-energy and Charge signal amplitudes,the AE-Charge singles change-rates of post-peak improve with pre-peak strain energy.Based on the single-characteristics of AE-Charge during coal-rock failure process,put forward the coal instability catastrophe prediction comprehensive judging method of AE-Charge singles real-time monitoring,design a scheme of field monitoring points arrangement for a mine of the coal rock burst tendency.The research results provided the experimental,theoretical basis and engineering application guidance for the application of the field monitoring of AE-Charge signal.
