With the rapid development of China's economy,the consumption of energy has been increasing day by day,and the air pollution has become very serious.The phenomenon of heavy air pollution in some areas is widespread,increasing frequently.These problems have badly restricted the economic development of our country and damaged the individuals'health.A power plant in great demand of burning coal,the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides must be given enough attention to meet monitoring standards.In this paper,based on experimental study on SCR denitration technology for 410t/h boiler in a power plant,two kinds technical schemes of SCR denitration technology for the boiler are put forward,and the optimal implementation scheme is determined by comparison.The uniformity problem of SCR combining denitration was studied for the boiler,and the homogenization effect of the perturbation on tail ammonia distribution was studied by CFD calculation and cold model test method.Then the emissions of NOX and NH3 under different operating conditions are tested to obtain the best operating mode.Finally,the distribution of the NOX and NH3 concentration in the flue section,tests of the operating conditions of different urea spray guns and different steam disturbance guns,and typical operating conditions were analyzed.The debugging conclusions and control measures are obtained,which provides a reference for a large number of large and medium sized thermal power units to carry out low NOX emission transformation.
