S02 problem is one of the main environmental problems now facing humanity,it pose grent to the ecological environment of the earth.S02 emission and consumption of coal has a direct relationship,While coal consumption mainly from coal burning boiler.At present,the most widely used desulfurization technology is Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization,this technology is mature and high efficiency.But with the promotion of the national environmental protection department to the sulfur dioxide emission standards of coal-fired power plants,“11th Five-Year”during the construction of limestone gypsum desulpHurization system has been difficult to achieve most of the latest emission standards,desulphurization system to improve the efficiency of the imminent work.Based on this background,this paper studies and designs the improvement scheme of the desulfurization system for the Drum Tower of the 600MW unit of Taishan power plant.The main work is as follows:1.summarizes the problems of the bubbling tower desulfurization system in the operation and maintenance of power plants in recent years and the test and test of desulfurization efficiency enhancement carried out by the desulfurization system.2.make a comprehensive comparison of the four possible retrofit schemes for the power plant,and determine the technical line suitable for the actual power plant.3.the existing problems of the traditional Twin Towers dual circulation system,combined with the optimization of the site,to determine the efficiency and transformation scheme of the desulfurization system,so that the power plant can reach the latest emission standard of the coal-fired power plant.
