Global warming is a growing problem at present,and the various climate problems which brought by global warming also deserve to be focused.As we all know,CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions are the main causes of the rising temperature.With the acceleration of global economic development,the issue of reducing carbon emissions has become the worldwide focus of researchers.The current CO2 capture technology mainly chemical absorption,physical adsorption,membrane separation,oxygen-rich combustion method.Among the many methods,the chemical absorption method using organic amine such as monoethanolamine?MEA?as an absorbent is favored by researchers for its advantages of no need to reform original power plant structure,small initial investment and relatively mature technology.At present,the most mature method of CO2 capture is chemical solvent absorption,such as MEA.Although alcohol amine solution is widely used,and has the advantages of low price,fast absorption rate and large absorption capacity for CO2,However,the consumption of energy consumed in the desorption of the absorbed solution becomes a greater threat to its development,and the increase in energy consumption leads to an increase in cost.Therefore,in recent years,many researchers at home and abroad continue to explore new CO2absorbers,with a view to reducing the regenerative energy consumption of the absorbers to a reasonable range.The study found that the phase change solvent can effectively reduce the energy consumption of CO2 absorbent regeneration.This paper screened and prepared a new type of absorbent carbon dioxide absorbent,The reaction kinetics of CO2 uptake by phase change solvents was studied by using wet-wall column apparatus.By changing the conditions of absorbent flow,CO2 loading,gas flow and temperature to investigate the effect of different operating conditions on the total mass transfer coefficient and enhancement factor of 1M DETA+4M Sulfolane,2M DETA+3M Sulfolane,2M DETA+4M Sulfolane.The species in each separated phase was identified by nuclear magnetic resonance?NMR?characterization,indicating that the upper layer a-s the rich phase mainly consisted of DETA and the absorption product,while that in the lower layer comprised only sulfolane.The reaction kinetics mechanism of phase change absorbent to absorb carbon dioxide was explored and a new type of absorbent carbon dioxide phase change absorbent was prepared,and the kinetics analysis implying that the CO2 mass transfer resistance gradually transferred from the gas film to the liquid film.The thermodynamic analysis revealed that the sensible heat and vaporization heat were substantially decreased which might advance the CO2 capture technology.
