Current Situation Of Agricultural Plastic Sheeting Pollution In Henan Province And Its Countermeasures

In recent years,with the continuous expansion of agricultural film coverage in our province and the vigorous promotion of the application technology,the area and use of agricultural film in our province have also been continuously increasing.At the same time that agricultural film is used to increase the economic benefits of agricultural production.This paper divides the survey area through the use of the agricultural film and the recovery rate of the agricultural film around the province,and the Statistical Yearbook of Henan Province in the past 10 years,and combines comprehensive investigation,key investigation,and typical investigation.The results showed that:1.The commonly used agricultural film material in our province is more than 50% of the total amount of polyethylene(PE),polyvinyl chloride(PVC)accounts for 40% of the total,and the remaining 10% is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.(EVA),etc.2.Currently,the thickness of plastic film widely used in the province is between 0.004mm-0.006 mm,of which the thickness of 0.004 mm is the most widely used,which belongs to ultra-thin plastic film;the average mu dosage of agricultural film(film)in our province is 2.5±0.5Kg;the thickness used in the film is above 0.05 mm,which has little effect on the agricultural production environment in our province;the total residual plastic film in the cultivated layer soil of our province is 8.19 ~ 17.60kg/hm2,with an average of 10.10kg/hm2.3.The recovery rate for the season was relatively high,reaching a maximum of 70%.At present,our province is less polluting than the major provinces such as Xinjiang and Gansu,but as a big agricultural province,the trend of residual film pollution will further increase as its usage increases year by year.4.Countermeasures: So we must go through four management: source management,market management,farmer management,and government management;two technologies: new agricultural film replacement technologies,and timely promotion of membrane removal technologies;and “one system”: establishment of a farmland protection system;Regulations: Formulation of Agricultural Film Pollution Control Regulations.The reasonable and effective management and control of the agricultural film pollution in Henan Province will be implemented to achieve a green,stable and sustainable development of agriculture in Henan Province,and to increase the power of building beautiful countryside.
