Ojective To understand the current situation of chlorination and disinfection by-products in swimming pools of typical swimming pool in China and to analyze the influencing factors of chlorinated disinfection by-products and its health impact on employees.Method Xicheng district of Beijing,maanshan city of anhui province,shenzhen city of guangdong province seven swimming pool as the research object,the detection of pool water concentration of chloroform,dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid,investigating the daily maintenance of swimming places and the health of employees.Epeidata3.0 was adopted for data entry and the above data was statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.0(P<0.05).Results Swimming pool water disinfectant type to sodium hypochlorite mainly accounted for 42.8%;dip feet water disinfectant type to trichloroisocyanuric acid mainly,accounting for 42.8%,swimming pool water disinfectant dosing method using artificial timing plus the most,accounting for 42.8%;Swimming pool water chlorine test frequency 1/2h up,accounting for 71.4%;dip feet water disinfectant dosage 1/4h maximum,accounting for 85.7%.The results showed that the concentrations of chloroform in the swimming pool were(0.01-0.044)mg/L,(0.002-0.026)mg/L and(0.004-0.026)mg/L,respectively,in the cities of Beijing,Maanshan and Shenzhen.(0.013-0.054)mg/L and(0.019-0.105)mg/L,respectively.The concentration of dichloroacetic acid in the swimming pool of Ma'anshan City and Shenzhen City was in the range of(0.013-0.054)mg/L and(0.019-0.105)mg/L;The concentration of chloroacetic acid ranges from(0.013-0.403)mg/L and(0.048-0.453)mg/L and(0.002-0.044)mg/L,(0.013-0.105)mg/L and(0.013-0.453)mg/L,respectively,in the swimming pool water chloroform,dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid(P<0.05).The results showed that the results of chloroform analysis in Beijing,Ma'anshan and Shenzhen were different(P<0.05).The results showed that there were differences between the two groups(P<0.05),and the results were analyzed by rank sum test.The results of these two indexes were different(P<0.05).PH,ORP,free residual chlorine and wind speed of the indoor environment were lower than those of the swimming pool.The qualified rate of the redox potential(ORP)of swimming pool in Beijing was 0%,and the swimming pool water The qualified rate of pH value was 16.7%;The qualified rate of free residual chlorine in swimming pool of Ma'anshan was 25%;The qualified rate of pH value of pool water in Shenzhen was 0%and the qualified rate of indoor wind speed was 44.4%(P<0.05)and negatively correlated with the temperature of the indoor environment and the concentration of urea in the swimming pool(P<0.05).The pool water content in the swimming pool was positively correlated with the residual chlorine,total chlorine and redox potential(ORP)The concentration of trichloroacetic acid was negatively correlated with pH(P<0.05).A total of 114 practitioners in seven swimming pools were investigated.80.7%of males and 19.3%of females were employed;the highest proportion was between 20 and 30 years old,accounting for 43%of all investigators;the highest proportion of high school/secondary school/vocational high school,Accounting for 59.6%of the total number of migrant workers,accounting for 64.9%of the total number of cases;family annual income of 5-10 million/year the largest proportion,accounting for 48.2%of the total number of investigations.In the analysis of health behavior,"smoking","passive smoking" and "drinking"were statistically significant among different sexes(P<0.05);"number of weekly drinking" was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistical significance between "sneezing" "runny nose" and "cough" in different ages(P<0.05).The number of "drinking times per week" was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the analysis of adverse reaction symptoms,the pool water chloroform,dichloroacetic acid,trichloroacetic acid concentration and "sneezing" "runny nose""pharyngitis/bronchitis" and other respiratory symptoms were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion swimming pool water there is a certain degree of chlorination disinfection by-product pollution,but its pollution level is low,while the swimming pool water health situation is not optimistic.Swimming pool water chloroform and"sneezing" "runny nose" the two respiratory symptoms were positively correlated(P<0.05),and Swimming pool water dichloroacetic acid and "sneezing" the incidence of respiratory symptoms was positively correlated(P<0.05),and Swimming pool water trichloroacetic acid and "pharyngitis/bronchitis" is a positive correlation between the incidence of respiratory symptoms(P<0.05).It is recommended to increase the limits of chlorinated disinfection by-products in national standards and take effective measures to reduce the concentration of chlorinated disinfection by-products and protect the health of swimmers.
