At present,the task of China's industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization has not been completed.The increase of the economic growth and the increase of pollutant emission has not been decoupled,the new amount of the pollutants is still in the high position,and the task of controlling the increment and reducing the stock is very arduous.In 2016,the total energy consumption was 43.6 billion tons of standard coal,an increase of 1.4%over the previous year.In the future,the emission of nitrogen oxides in China will continue to increase.According to the current development trend,the emissions will reach 35.4×10~6t by 2030,which is bound to cause serious environmental impact.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the control of the emission of nitrogen oxides.In order to meet the requirements of flue gas pollutant discharge and do not touch the bottom line and red line of environmental protection,the Shanxi Yuncheng power plant will strictly control the super low emission limit of denitration 35mg/Nm~3.In this paper,the optimization and adjustment test of SCR injection of 600MW thermal power unit in Shanxi Yuncheng power plant is studied.In combination with field practice,the NOx concentration field of#1 unit denitrification system and export flue gas is tested,and the oxygen content distribution of#1 unit denitrification system and export flue gas is tested;thus the optimization and adjustment of ammonia spray in#1 unit denitrification system is realized.The test scheme is determined,and the ammonia optimization of the denitration system is adjusted through multiple frequency tests.The results show that:(1)meet the requirements of environmental protection.This method can fully meet the requirement of denitrification and discharge at different load conditions,especially in the power plant with coal blending in depth,and when the inlet nitrogen oxide deviates from the design value,it can also meet the emission requirements.Even if the denitration catalyst does not stop after partial failure,this test method can also meet the emission requirements.(2)improve the safety of the equipment.This method is more tedious,however,once leveling,it will reduce the escape of ammonia and reduce the ammonium hydrogen sulfate produced by the air preheater,thus reducing the possibility of blocking the air preheater and ensuring the safe operation of the air preheater.(3)improve the operation economy.Under different load conditions,under the premise of ensuring that the denitration discharge is qualified,adopting this test method can maximize the utilization ratio of the equipment.
