The inclined medium thick ore body is exploited by the method of sublevel caving.Due to the direct contact between the caved ore and the overlying rock,the flow characteristics of the particles are complex,the ore loss and dilution are large.In view of the high ore loss and dilution in the caving method,and takes the inclined medium thick ore body as the research object.A diversion structure,which can isolate the overlying rock and caved ore is designed.Through the physical experiment and theoretical analysis a comprehensive study has been carried out.The main research work is as follows:(1)A new experimental device for diversion drawing is designed,and a comparative experiment between the new diversion drawing experiment and the conventional cut-off grade drawing is carried out.The experimental results show that the ore recovery rate in the new diversion drawing experiment is higher than that of in the conventional ore drawing experiment,and the dilution rate is significantly lower than that of in the conventional ore drawing experiment..(2)In view of the inclined medium thick ore body,9 different experimental schemes were determined by orthogonal experiment method.According to the sublevel caving method,and the orthogonal experiment of three factors and three level diversion with the thickness of the ore body,the dip angle of the ore body and the height of the section is carried out.Draw the relation diagram between ore mass dawn and dilution rate and recovery rate.The change rule of dilution rate and recovery rate during the new type of ore drawing process is analyzed..(3)The influence of sectional height,ore body thickness and ore body dip angle on ore recovery,dilution rate and return to poverty difference is analyzed.The results show that the height of section is the most important factor for ore poor return,followed by the thickness of ore body,and the smallest one is the inclination of ore body.Finally,a mathematical model was established and the ore recovery rate regression equation was obtained.The above research results can further expand the diversion and discharge technology.At the same time,using this technology to control the process of rock and rock caving and the flow process of ore and rock in the sublevel caving method,it can solve the problem of large loss and dilution in the mining of inclined medium thick ore bodies,which is of great significance for improving the economic efficiency of the mine.
