As a toxic gas,sulfur dioxide not only causes air pollution,but also endangers to humans and animals.It can form acid rain to destroy ecological environment and corrode buildings.Therefore,it is important to eliminate sulfur dioxide emission through controllable desulfurization.The large specific surface area and pore volume of phosphoric aluminium series molecular sieve have good adsorption and catalytic performance,and have the ability to adsorb SO2.AlPO-5 is the most remarkable representative of aluminum phosphate molecular sieve.AlPO-5 has AFI structure,it has a spherical structure,which not only has the microporous characteristics,but also has the mesoporous structure,which facilitates transferring abundantly upon catalyst and adsorption reactants and products.In this paper,tetramethylguanidine was used as a template for the synthesis of aluminum phosphate molecular sieves?TMG-AlPO-5?with hydrothermal synthesis method.Tetramethyl guanidine with the advantages of low toxicity,low prices,and even existed in the metabolic product of animal,so it can reduce the pollution to the environment in the synthesis.Through repeated experiments,this paper discussed different crystallization temperature,crystallization time on the synthesis of TMG AlPO-5 and the influence of the structure,and by means of thermogravimetric differential thermal analysis,X-ray powder diffraction?XRD?,nitrogen adsorption stripping,scanning electron microscopy?SEM?analysis means to analyze the characterization of samples,in order to draw a better synthetic route.In this paper,the effects of SO2 initial concentration and water bath temperature on adsorption SO2 were discussed.The experiment result shows that:?1?With the increase of SO2 concentration,the penetration time of the adsorption SO2 of the sample decreases,and the sample adsorption SO2 is more favorable.?2?When the concentration of SO2 is the same,the penetration time is shortened with the increase of the temperature of the water bath.The low temperature is favorable for adsorption,and the high temperature is favorable for desorption.The effects of crystallization time and crystallization temperature on the properties of TMG-AlPO-5 adsorption SO2 were also discussed.The experiment result shows that:In the case of other conditions,such as the crystallization time fixed for 5h,the crystallization temperature of 150?,the adsorption SO2 sample effect is best,SO2 adsorption quantity of0.5740 mol SO2/mol TMG?0.4%SO2/N2,400mL/min,45??.In addition,the influence of impurities?CO2,water vapor?on the behavior of TMG-AlPO-5 adsorption SO2 was also discussed.The experiment result shows that:?1?The introduction of CO2 has little influence on the performance of TMG-AlPO-5 adsorption SO2.?2?The presence of water vapor does not weaken the adsorption performance of TMG-AlPO-5 on SO2.
