With the continuous deterioration of the environment,all countries in the world have attached great importance to environmental pollution.The waste liquid discharge not only pollutes the environment,but also wastes resources.Membrane separation technology is used to treat waste liquids,and useful materials can be recovered at the same time as processing to create certain economic benefits.The membrane process is generally relatively simple,and there is generally no phase change in the membrane process,which can greatly reduce energy consumption.Therefore,membrane separation technology is widely used in green production and processing.This article focuses on three aspects:the concentration of phosphoric acid,the purification of L-aminopropanol solution,and the solution of problems in the aluminum foil industry.?1?This study mainly focused on the effect of phosphoric acid concentration from the aspect of electrodialysis.Through the screening of ion exchange membranes,the optimal ion exchange membrane was selected for experiments.At the same time,by changing the flow rates of concentrated and dilute chambers,the effects of rich and low cell pressure differences on electrophosphorylation of concentrated phosphoric acid currents were investigated.At the same time,the costs under different current densities and flow intensities are estimated.?2?The feasibility of purification of L-aminopropanol by bipolar membrane electrodialysis was studied.The changes of pH,conductivity and temperature were monitored during the experiment to design a new preparation route of L-aminopropanol.Not only meet the green production but also meet the atomic economy.?3?The use of diffusion dialysis to treat spent acid produced in the aluminum foil industry and contaminated liquids.The acid content in the waste acid solution was 1/3 of that in the previous waste acid solution,and the Al3+concentration in the waste acid solution was slightly reduced.Explore the same acid recovery efficiency,Al3+leak rate changes,the use of diffusion dialysis selective removal of chloride in the liquid ammonium adipic acid,to explore the use of DD method to remove the Cl-ammonium adipate in the feasibility of the monitoring of the experimental process The changes of conductivity and temperature were studied.The effect of Cl-concentration on the separation ratio of Cl-and adipic acid in the ammonium adipate system was also studied.The stability of the ion-exchange membrane in the ammonium adipate system was also studied.
