In recent years,China's per capita fresh water resources became less and less,in addition to saving water and improve efficiency,we paid more attention to the protection of existing resources.Therefore,the problem of urban sewage treatment discharge caused more attention.With the rapid development of growing sewage treatment facilities,capital investment and the lack of system maintenance commissioning and subsequent improvement is not timely and other reasons,so there is a decline in processing efficiency run poor management and many other issues.In this paper,a tanning wastewater treatment process as the research object,examine its operation state Data collected by each unit water,through analysis and summary,found that the wastewater treatment process is mainly three problems.Firstly,It is used for several years and the structure for ages,which lead to pretreatment water effect is not ideal;Secondly,the production peak oxidation ditch processing load has been unable to meet the production need,resulting in the individual period of the water COD instability;The three is the ammonia nitrogen treatment efficiency is affected by the temperature fluctuation greatly,seriously affected the stability of the water quality index.Finally,after preliminary research,in terms of physicochemical and biochemical treatment process is optimized and improved,respectively is:(1)the original pre pond,renovation,closed over the pool body,operating more security;(2)create a hydrolyzed acid pool in the existing space to minimize the biochemical load;(3)change the original oxidation ditch to A-O-O process,improve the processing load of the biochemical system.To collect data compared with before treatment effect shows can handle wastewater had A larger amount of ascension,I believe that as the process of continuous improvement,the recycling of water resources will have A big jump.
