Calcium carbonate is an important part of the composition of nature,it is easy to get,low toxicity,simple synthesis,and it is a very excellent biomaterials,bone drug carriers,bone filler has a wide range of applications.However,in the research of calcium carbonate as a drug carrier,it has been found that an over-sized drug carrier can not effectively achieve drug release.Therefore,if a nano-sized calcium carbonate drug carrier material can be designed and prepared,it will expand the application of calcium carbonate material in the direction of the drug carrier.Calcium carbonate drug carrier preparation,usually using the template method,that is,in the presence of functional templates at the micron or nano scale,the reaction of calcium ions and carbonate ions to form calcium carbonate.The shape,size and other parameters of the template have an important influence on the structure and size of the generated calcium carbonate drug carrier.Therefore,if a small size template can be used to prepare calcium carbonate,it is expected to achieve the preparation of a nanoscale calcium carbonate drug carrier.Graphene quantum dots is a kind of quasi-zero-dimensional carbon material,because of its size to nanoscale so there has been a series of unique properties,such as ordinary graphene non-fluorescent effect,but graphene quantum dots have photoluminescent properties,and It has excellent biocompatibility and low toxicity because of its widespread interest in the field of bioimaging.In addition,graphene quantum dots on the surface during the preparation of a large number of hydroxyl carboxyl and other functional groups,for the preparation of calcium carbonate is a very effective template.The preparation of nano-calcium carbonate by using graphene quantum dots as a template can well combine the advantages of the two methods to realize the preparation of the nano-drug carrier and introduce the fluorescent property into the nano-drug carrier to give the bioimaging property.In this paper,we used electrochemical cyclic voltammetry to prepare ideal graphene quantum dots with high-purity graphite rods as raw materials.The products were characterized in detail using TEM,atomic force microscopy,and UV-Vis spectrometry..Subsequently,we used the co-precipitation method to prepare graphene calcium carbonate nanocomposite drug carriers with graphene quantum dots as template,and studied the effect of graphene quantum dot concentration,alkali concentration,and reaction time on it.We used TEM,infrared absorption spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,fluorescence microscopy and other characterization methods to analyze the product.In this study,the biocompatibility of drug carriers was tested using MTT assay and mouse fibroblasts as experimental subjects.Drug loading and release experiments were performed on drug carriers.
