Bio gel artificial muscle,as a new kind of intelligent material has advantages of low driving voltage(<5V),convenient preparation process,no environmental pollution,flexibility and low price.It has great application prospects which can be used in aerospace,Bio Medical underwater equipment,bionic manufacturing and energy collection.As the research hot spot of today's academic circles,it is listed as one of the frontier technologies of the national high-tech innovation ability,which is a new trend in the study of artificial intelligence in twenty-first Century.Due to the small output force,which is the main reason to limit its application.In this paper,the output force performance of artificial muscle is improved by changing the way of process preparation and doping.The mechanism of the influence of the artificial muscle on the output force performance is analyzed through experiment.The tremor phenomenon of the output force of the artificial muscle is found in the measurement,It is analyzed and processed.By analyzing the technological process of artificial muscle,it is put forward two ways to produce artificial muscle by changing calcium chloride concentration and doping glycerin in process preparation,and putting forward the performance index of artificial muscle output force.The preparation process of the base film and electrode film under the specific glassware of 7cm x 7cm was determined by the experiment.The measurement conditions of 3V DC voltage are also determined.At last,the output force test platform was set up to test the output force of artificial muscles.In the effect of changing the concentration of calcium chloride on the output power of artificial muscle,the test of the output force of artificial muscle and tensile test and electrochemical workstation measuring specific capacitance test showed that the concentration of calcium chloride had an effect on artificial muscle.The output force density of the artificial muscle is the greatest when the concentration of calcium chloride is 0.9g/L which is 26.534mN/g.The change of calcium chloride concentration will affect the elastic modulus of the base film and change the internal structure,and then influence the output force.In the effect of changing the volume of glycerol on the output force of artificial muscles,through the test of artificial muscle force output and tensile test and electrochemical workstation measuring specific capacitance test showed that when the 1mL glycerol was doped,the output force of the artificial muscle increased and the output force density was 49.560mN/g,which was 1.87 times as much as the artificial muscle of the undoped glycerol.In observing muscle tremor behavior of artificial muscle,it is found that the artificial muscle produced by doping glycerol and calcium chloride with different concentration all produces output force tremor under a long electrified voltage.It is found that glycerol can delay the output force tremor time compared with the artificial muscle without glycerin,At the beginning of being applied voltage,the artificial muscle output force increased rapidly and the output force tremor did not occur.Therefore,it is suggested that the output force tremor can be suppressed by controlling the time of the use of the artificial muscle and the way the glycerol is doped.
