Antimony is a silver-white shiny,hard,brittle element,and is also a microtoxic trace element.It is not an essential element for plant growth.It exists in soil with two valence States Sb???and Sb???,and is easily absorbed by plants.,Under the stress of antimony salt,the biological macromolecule conformation changes,causing electrolyte extravasation,enzyme activity loss,etc.,which eventually affects the normal physiological metabolism and growth and development of the plant.The transmission of antimony in the plant body through the food chain,after entering the human body,accumulates toxic to humans,such as hematopoietic,immune function and other damage.With the development of the economy,due to the mining,transportation and utilization of antimony,the pollution to the environment has become more and more serious,and the treatment of antimony pollution is imminent.The experiment was carried out through the germination of the seeds of Arabidopsis sinensis and the experiment of potted Arabidopsis seedlings.Studies?1?The solution containing pure Sb???is configured with potassium antimony tartrate half water,the gradient is set to 0 mg/L,5 mg/L,10 mg/L,20 mg/L,40 mg/L,80mg/L,200 mg/L,and the solution containing pure Sb???is configured with potassium tartrate.,The gradient is set to 0 mg/L,5 mg/L,10 mg/L,20 mg/L,40 mg/L,80 mg/L,200 mg/L.The effects of Sb???and Sb???stresses at different concentrations and different valence stresses at the same concentration on the germination of Arabidopsis seeds are studied.?2?The solution containing pure Sb???is valence States at the same concentration on the seedlings of Arabidopsis.The germination rate and germination potential of Sb???and Sb???at seed germination stage as well as seedling plant height,fresh weight,dry weight,main root length,root area,chlorophyll maximum photochemical efficiency,chlorophylla,chlorophyllb,chlor-Ophylla+b,catslase?CAT?activity,peroxidasc?POD?activity,superoxide differention enzyme?SOD?activity,malonaldehyde?MDA?,hydrogen peroxide?H2O2?effects.The results are as follows:1,Sb???and Sb???treat seeds of Arabidopsis,showing the best germination under 5mg/L concentration treatment.Sb???showed no significant difference in germination potential and germination rate between Sb???and the control group,with increases of 4%and 0.8%,respectively.Sb???treatment showed significant differences in germination potential and germination rate in comparison with the control group,with increases of 11.11%and 11.66%respectively,indicating that low concentration?5mg/L?of antimony stress can promote the germination of seeds of Arabidopsis.Under the treatment of 200mg/L concentration,the seed germination of Arabidopsis was the worst,and the treatment of Sb???and Sb???was significantly different from that of the control group.Sb???and Sb???did not significantly differ in germination of mustard seeds at the same concentration.2,Sb???and Sb???have the same trend in affecting plant height,fresh weight,dry weight,root length,and root area of Arabidopsis seedlings,The plant height,fresh weight,dry weight,root length,and root area of Arabidopsis seedlings at 500mg/kg concentration were the highest,and the plant height,fresh weight,dry weight,root length,and root area of Arabidopsis seedlings were all in the control group.The difference is significant.Sb???was 16.5%,24.2%,134.5%,74.27%,139.7%higher than the control group,and Sb???was 17.3%,30.0%,109.9%,91.24%,and 111.91%higher than the control group.3,Sb???and Sb???have the same trend of influence on chlorophylla,chlorophyllb,chlorophyll?a+b?,maximum photochemical efficiency of Arabidopsis seedlings,At 250 mg/kg concentration,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll?a+b?,and maximum photochemical efficiency were the highest,and chlorophylla,chlorophyllb,chlorophyll?a+b?were significantly different from the control group.There was no significant difference between the maximum photochemical efficiency and the control group,chlorophylla,chlorophyllb,chlorophyll?a+b?under Sb???stress treatment,and the maximum photochemical efficiency were 12.24%,37.5%,18.46%and 5.97%higher than the control group.The maximum photochemical efficiency of chlorophylla,chlorophyllb,chlorophyll?a+b?under Sb???stress treatment were 17%,25%,19.85%and 5.03%higher than those of the control group.4,the effects of Sb???and Sb???on the antioxidant enzymes of Arabidopsis seedlings,the activity of POD and SOD was inhibited,the CAT activity was first promoted and then inhibited,and the CAT activity was highest at 500mg/kg concentration.Sb???and Sb???stress treatment was 16.61%higher and 11.90%higher than in the control group.5,Sb???and Sb???have the same trend of influence on MDA and H2O2seedlings of Arabidopsis,and as the concentration of antimony increases,the content of MDA and H2O2 increases,reaching a maximum of 2000mg/kg concentration.The stress treatment for Sb???and Sb???was 212.4%,131.29%,194.90%and 124.63%,respectively,of the control group.In summary:low concentrations of Sb???and Sb???stress treatment of seed germination,plant height,fresh weight,dry weight,root length,root area,chlorophyll a,chlorophyllb,chlorophyll?a+b?,The maximum photochemical efficiency and CAT have different degrees of promotion,and the higher the treatment concentration,the lower the trend.
