| Silicon micropowder is highly cross-linked network structure,sphericity and dispersivity are good;silicone elastomers with Si-O-Si as the main chain of polysiloxane,slip good elasticity.In this project,water is used as a system to hydrolyze polycondensation,methyl triethoxy silane as raw material and base as catalyst.By changing the dosage of surface active agent,silicon micro powder with uniform particle size and better spheric-type degree was obtained.In order to improve the smoothness,surface modification was coated on the smooth silicon powder(HPMSQ).The application of silicon micro powder in fabric finishing is alsodiscussed,anditspropertiesarecharacterizedbyinfrared spectrometer,scanning electr-on microscope,laser particle size instrument and so on.Finally,thesilicon micro powder was applied to the foundation liquid and the effect was evaluated.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Methyl silicon triethoxy silane(MTES)was used as raw material and alkali as catalyst.Hydrolysis and condensation were used to prepare silicon powder(PMSQ)with uniform particle sizeand good sphericity.Through the discussion of the synthesis conditions of temperature,water content,feeding,basicity and the amount of surfactant,the optimum synthesis conditions;and the laser particle size analyzer,infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,thermogravimetric analysis,X-ray diffraction,atomic force microscopy was used to characterize the product.The results show that when the reaction temperature is 60℃,the reaction time is 10h,the ratio of MTES and H2O is 1 to 5,1631 was 5%,pH value of the system is 1011,prepared with good sphericity and smooth uniform dispersion,good silica powder PMSQ,the yield was 31.5%,the average particle size of 3μm;in surface coating on silica powder,when the ratio of TMS-300 and PHMS-1 is 2 to 3,then the ultrasonic dispersion at 120℃Under drying 30min,The coating type smooth silicon micro powder(HPMSQ)is made.(2)With chloroplatinic acid as the catalyst,side chain hydrogen containing silicone oil(PHMS)and end vinyl silicone oil(VPS)are used as raw materials,isopropyl alcohol(IPA)as solvent by hydrosilylation,preparation of solid silicone elastomer(SSE).And the use of infrared spectroscopy(IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-NMR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)to characterize the structure;then the silicone elastomer SSE and amino silicone oil emulsification ASO,the organosilicon fabric finishing agent(EMFA)with an average particle size of 175.06nm was prepared.The results showed that when adding 0.5gHPMSQ,when the ratio of ASO and SSE is 10 to 2,when the curing temperature was 150℃,and the emulsion dosage was 15g/L,the fabric finishing agent emulsion had uniform film formation,the contact angle was 142.3°,the softness is good and the handle was the best.(3)The coated smooth silicon powder HPMSQ was applied to the formula of foundation solution,and the effect of different dosage of HPMSQ on the effect of foundation solution was discussed.The results show that when the amount of HPMSQ is 1.2%,the solution is fine,uniform,no precipitation,color and aroma is normal,the viscosity is 30000mPa·s,pH is 67,heat resistance,cold resistance,centrifuge,color stability are good,the dynamic and static friction coefficient is small,the moisture content is good,and the skin color can be evenly evenly matched and the shade blemish can be brightened obviously. |
