A edible film means a film formed from natural edible substances(such as polysaccharides,proteins)as raw materials,by means of plasticizer and intermolecular interactions of different molecules.As the edible film is harmless to human body,it can be eaten with the food that is kept fresh,so it is becoming more and more interesting as a kind of green packaging material.This experiment adopts high deacelation degree of chitosan,glycerin and twain 20 as the main composition of liquid membrane,to prepare a plastic wrap for fresh fruit.And study on resveratrol composite membrane effect on Lonicera edulis fresh keeping,to explore the mechanism of its freshness,the main results are as follows:In this experiment,the main ingredients of the edible plastic wrap solution are the chitosan,glycerol,and twain 20,which is the main ingredient in the high decacetylation.Index of elongation at break(E),tensile strength(TS),and water vapor transmission coefficient(WVT)were measure by a single factor experiment and a orthogonal experiment,and finally that optimum proportion of the chitosan edible coating film was obtained:The chitosan is 1.00%,acetate 0.50%,glycerin 0.60%,twain 20 0.015%.In this case,the ideal effect of chitosan plastic film was prepared.Using a different concentration of resveratrol solution and a mixture of the chitosan solution to the Lonicera edulis,to the different concentrations of resveratrol-chitosan clingfilm and the work of the Lonicera edulis.By measuring the physiological indexes of Lonicera edulis at normal temperature and low temperature,the results show that:Both the decay rate and the weightloss rate of the Lonicera edulis were reduced at normal temperature and low temperature,after treatment with resveratrol-chitosan coating.Among them,1%of resveratrol and chitosan membrane liquid of composite membrane effect is best.The loss rate of 1%resveratrol with 1%concentration of the coating film group at ordinary temperature and low temperature was 5.9%(10d)and 15.2%(30d)respectively,and the decay rate decreased to 11.1%(6d)and 52.8%(30d).In the case of low temperature storage,the hardness,Vc,titrate and total sugar of Lonicera edulis were reduced.Using isolation of bacterial infection test and morphological characteristics to identify theisolated and purified Lonicera edulis,get the main spoilage microorganisms.On the malt extractagar,the potato dextrose AGAR solid medium and the lactic acid bacteria culture.It wasobserved that the compound membrane with resveratrol had obvious antibacterial actioncompared with the uncoated group.A preliminary study of the preservation mechanism of the edible clingfilm on the fresh feed of the Lonicera edulis,which shows that:The group coating can effectively reduce the intensity of the breathing,reduce respiration and the amount of ethylene,keep the high superoxide dismutase SOD,peroxidase POD,reduce the formation of malondialdehyde MDA,reduce the rate of mature aging of Lonicera edulis,increase its fresh time.Among them,1%of resveratrol plus shell is the most obvious effec.
