In recent years,magnetic materials have been widely used in the national economic construction.And this kind of materials is also an important part of construction and production materials.It can be said that the quality of magnetic materials is closely related to the development of the national economy,and even relates to many practical issues such as the property safety and health of our citizens.Therefore,the detection of various parameters of magnetic materials has extremely prominent significance.In addition,with the rapid development of electronic technology,a variety of intelligent instruments are also emerging in various industries.In other words,the application of intelligent instruments in various fields is the mainstream trend of development now and in the future.However,at present,there are many problems such as low intelligence,complicated operation and insufficient portability existing in the testing equipment of magnetic materials.And this kind of equipment is mainly aimed at sampling testing.Actually,it has failed to meet the requirements of the market for comprehensive product testing.Aiming at the above situations,a fast on-line magnetic material detection system which is based on electronic & virtual instrument technology and can detect the performance and parameters of magnetic materials in real time should be designed for related enterprises.It is really a cutting-edge and urgent research that has huge application space and broad market prospect.This paper shows a set of rapid on-line detection system for magnetic materials.The system consists of three parts: pulse generator,data acquisition system and uppercomputer software platform.Among them,the pulse generator and data acquisition part are composed of hardware circuits and control programs.Firstly,the control system issues an instruction to the pulse generator to generate the required pulse signal which drives the coil or electromagnet.The generated magnetic field magnetizes the sample,and then the data acquisition part collects the inductive voltage and sends it to the upper computer.After a series of calculation and processing,the magnetic parameters of the sample are obtained.This device can collect pulse signals with a period of only a few milliseconds under the premise of ensuring high accuracy then process and calculate them quickly.That is,it takes only a few seconds for a sample to get the test result.Therefore,it is fully capable of rapid product testing on the assembly line.At the same time,the detection device has the advantages of being portable,low power consumption,strong anti-interference ability and stability.
