First,we have explained the aggregation-induced enhancement(AIE)mechanism of three triphenylamine derivatives(MOTPAs)incorporating donor-?-donor-?-donor structural depending on molecule stacking mode in crystal structures. Then,we have synthesized and characterized three triphenylamine derivatives with N,N'-dimethyl-p-phenylenediamine by element analysis,IR,NMR and MS.The luminescence properties and their AIE properties of three compounds have been investigated. The mechanism of AIE of three compounds was explained by molecule stacking mode in crystal structures. The fluorescence imaging experiments in living cells demonstrated that two tri-branched derivatives with triphenylamine center have good living cell staining performance, good cell permeability and low bio-toxicity.We have also designed and synthesized five different hydrazone derivatives by using of triphenylamine and diphenylsulfone as the center.Their structures were characterized by element analysis,IR,NMR and MS.The photo-luminescence properties and AIE effect of the five compounds were studied in solution and aggregated states. The results show that the four synthetic hydrazone derivatives have AIE effect. The propeller type configuration of triphenylamine and the V-form of diphenylsulfone are the main origin of AIE.The morphology of nano-aggregated particles were revealed by SEM. |
