As the most commonly used cast aluminum alloy,A356 alloy is widely used in industrial production.Semi-solid technology has a good application basis for A356 alloy as the first choice material from experimental research to industrialization.Therefore,the cast aluminum alloy A356 is used to study the influence of different parameters on the quality of the slurry and the mechanical properties of the rheological die casting parts of the Rapid Slurry Formation and the LSPSF process.The effects of adding blades on the sides of the stir bar and adding pins on the bottom of the EEM to the quality of the slurry and the mechanical properties of the rheo die castings are studied.The results show that when the average pouring temperature of the molten aluminum alloy is 650?,the speed of the stirring rod is 1400 rpm and the stirring time is 15 s,the shear force can be increased and the quality of the slurry is improved.The optimum value of the shape factor and the equivalent diameter is 0.82 and 36.3?m.When the average casting temperature of the aluminum liquid is 650?,the speed of the stirring rod is 2100 rpm and the stirring time is 22 s,the mechanical properties of the shell castings can be improved by adding the blade on the sides of the stir bar.The average elongation and tensile strength of the casting can be 5.9% and 207 MPa,respectively.The effects of pouring temperature,rotating speed and rotating angle of tube on the quality of LSPSF slurry and the mechanical properties of die castings are studied.The results show that the optimum pouring temperature range is 640-650?,the optimum turning angle is 25°,the rotating speed range is 70-110 rpm,the optimum value of the shape factor and the equivalent diameter is 0.75 and 40.82 ?m respectively,The casting temperature is 640?,the rotational speed is 90 rpm,the tilt angle of the tube is 25°,the injection speed is 0.6m/s,the optimum elongation and tensile strength of the die castings are 4.79% and 177 MPa.
