Abstract/Summary:
With the development of nanoscience and technology,the enhancement of near-field radiation exceeds the blackbody limit due to the excitation of surface wave and photon tunneling,has attracted much attention during the past years.Graphene can support surface plasmons and its properties are tuned,researchers are often used for special function of the near field radiation heat transfer.In addition,hyperbolic metamaterial not only can simultaneously support s and p polarization,but can support hyperbolic modes with broadband.It demonstrated the near-field heat transfer can be efficiently enhanced due to hyperbolic metamaterials can support hyperbolic modes with a broad spectral range.In this paper,the near-field heat transfer of multilayer structure with graphene sheet have detailed analysis and shown numerical calculation,using the fluctuational dissipation theorem.Firstly,according to the theory of the near-field radiative heat transfer and optical properties of materials,the coupling between different surfaces are dicussed.These provide important basis for the research of near-field radiative heat transfer.Secondly,combined with the method of calculate the local density of states,we study the local density of states in graphene-covered porous silicon carbide and porous Al.The local density of states are numerically calculated for different filling factors,permittivity of filling materials,and the chemical potential,respectively.These are presented for further analyzing the near-field heat transfer of multilayer structure with graphene sheet.Finally,we theoretically calculate the near-field heat transfer between two graphene-covered porous silicon carbide in different filling factors,permittivity of filling materials,and the chemical potential.In addition,the near-field transfer characteristics of graphene based multilayer structure.By adjusting the structural parameters,this study offers another method of enhancing the near-field heat transfer coefficient.
