Since the reform and opening up,the economy of our country has obtained the rapid development,the agricultural modernization,the township industrialization,the new-type urbanization advancement unceasingly speeds up,the countryside development,the agricultural production and the farmer life has taken place the tremendous transformation.With the rapid development of rural economy,the living standard of farmers has been improved obviously,the living needs of farmers have changed greatly,and the traditional production and life mode has been fundamentally changed.However,due to the restriction of long-term urban-rural dual structure,the rural living conditions,public facilities and environmental sanitation and other aspects of infrastructure and public investment is seriously inadequate,rural waste disposal and environmental management problems are increasingly serious.To solve the problem of rural garbage disposal is not only a key link to solve the farmers undefined good living needs,but also a powerful measure to realize the sustainable development of China undefined rural areas.It is also an important hand in building a beautiful China and realizing the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.Therefore,based on the background of the above times,this paper uses the literature research method,the empirical analysis method and the case analysis method,taking the waste disposal problem in improving the rural human settlements environment work in Xinxiang City of Henan Province as an example.Starting from the problems and problems existing in the disposal of rural garbage in Xinxiang City,combining with the advanced experience of other regions in the country,we should conscientiously analyze the causes of the problems,and actively seek solutions to these problems.Efforts to build a reasonable rural waste disposal operation model to explore the way.In order to improve the rural living environment through the treatment of rural garbage,to find the breakthrough point and breakthrough of the beautiful rural construction,to creatively solve the "three rural" problems,and to lay a solid foundation for other work,And through beautiful rural construction to achieve strong agriculture,rich farmers,rural America this national goal.
