In practical engineering,there are some problems in the research of concrete bonding performance because of the construction cold joints caused by construction interruption in the concrete pouring process,or the construction joints according to the construction technology,or the combination of the reinforced concrete reinforcement when strengthening the old concrete reinforcement.With the extensive research and application of rubberized concrete in water conservancy projects.In this paper,the effects of different factors on the compressive strength of the cubes and the mechanical properties of the bond test block are studied by controlling the different rubber particle size,unequal rubber content,different type of interfacial agent and the compound treatment of rubber,so as to promote the wide application of rubber concrete in practical engineering.Use.In this experiment,rubber particles with two different particle sizes of 1~3mm and 3~6mm were used to compound the rubber,and the rubber was compared with that of the untreated rubber.The rubber content was replaced by5%,10%,15%,20%,30% five kinds of fine aggregate,and the interface agent type was divided into unbounded surface agent(non brush interface agent)and cement paste boundary.There are three kinds of surface agents and new epoxy interface agents.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Through the cube compression test of 21 groups of 150 mm cubes,the effects of rubber particle size,rubber content and compound rubber on the compressive strength were studied.The test shows that when the other conditions are the same,the relationship between the rubber particle size and the concrete compressive strength is nonlinear;for the different particle sizes,the compressive strength of the cube decreases with the increase of the rubber content,and the compressive strength of the two different particle sizes decreases gradually with the amount of mixing.In comparison,the compound treatment acorn is compared.The compressive strength of the rubber concrete is higher than that of the untreated rubber concrete.2.The effect of rubber particle size,rubber content and composite rubber on the bond performance of rubber concrete and ordinary concrete was studied through the splitting test of63 groups of cube bonded specimen and the slanting shear test of 63 groups of prism bond test blocks.The experimental results show that the influence of the influence factors on the bond splitting tensile strength and the bond shear strength of the concrete bonded specimen has approximately the same result: under the action of the other same factors,the bond specimenis destroyed along the bond surface when the three different interfacial agent types are damaged by the tensile and oblique shear.The splitting tensile strength and shear shear strength of the block are lower than those of the three kinds of interfacial agents,which are lower than the overall splitting strength of the new rubber concrete.(1)the effect of rubber particle size on the bond splitting and shear strength of rubber concrete bond specimen is different under different interfacial agents.As a whole,the particle size of rubber increases,the bond splitting tensile strength and the adhesive shear strength of the adhesive test block also increase(2)with the increase of rubber content,bonding test.The bond splitting tensile strength of the block increases first and then decreases.When the rubber content reaches a certain amount,the shear strength of the new and old concrete is improved,and the critical point of the adhesive shear strength is different for the rubber concrete with different particle sizes.3.At the same time,for the bond splitting tensile strength and the bond oblique shear strength,when the cement paste interface agent is painted,the strength of the bond splitting strength and the bond oblique shear strength are improved compared with the non brush interface agent.The bond splitting strength and the bond shear strength of the new and old concrete with the new epoxy interfacial agent are improved.The bond splitting tensile strength and bond shear strength of the new and old concrete with cement paste interface agent are better than the bond splitting tensile strength and shear strength of the new old concrete without the interface agent.4,when the other conditions are the same,the splitting and slanting shear strength of the adhesive block are improved to some extent after the rubber compound treatment.With the change of the rubber content,the tensile strength and the oblique shear strength of the adhesive test block before and after the rubber compound are approximately the same.Through the SEM scanning electron microscope,it can be seen that when the epoxy interface agent is painted,the permeation layer and the strong stress layer are well developed,and the strong effect layer is closely connected with the osmosis layer.The bonding effect of the new and old bonding interface is obviously improved compared with the clean cement paste and the non interface agent.
