Chiral amines are extremely vital organic compounds. They are not only important constituent units of many natural alkaloids and amino acid derivatives, but also important intermediates in pharmaceuticals, pesticides and organic synthesis. Therefore, the preparation of chiral amines has received extensive attention. The dynamic kinetic resolution of amines by chemical-enzyme synergistic catalysis is one of the important methods for obtaining chiral amines, but currently reported catalytic systems require the use of expensive precious metal catalysts. In this dissertation, the DKR reaction of amines was attempted by replacing the noble metal catalyst with an inexpensive, readily available iron complex. This thesis will introduce in detail from two parts:Part ?:The development of chiral amines, the synthesis of chiral amines, and the progress of their research are described in details from kinetic resolution and dynamic kinetic resolution.Part ?:We synthesized a series of air-stable tricarbonyl iron complexes and achieved dynamic kinetic resolution of amines with Novozyme 435 as a resolving agent, which can be highly selective with benzyl amines and rings. The amines,we applied this method to the more challenging aliphatic amines to obtain good yields and high enantioselectivity..
