At present,the mainstream technology of urban sewage treatment in China is mainly activated sludge and biofilm.As the implementation of the 13th five-year plan and the improvement of the standards for pollutant discharge in water bodies.The implementation of the original sewage treatment facilities have been unable to meet current emissions requirements,A large number of municipal wastewater treatment plants are faced with technical requirements for the transformation of the standard.In this paper,a new type of deep denitrification technology based on embedding carrier is studied.It mainly includes the performance test of embedding carrier;Research on development of supporting equipment for embedding carrier engineering;As well as the effect of the embedding carrier applied to the construction of the project of construction of municipal wastewater treatment plant.To provide technical parameters and reference for the application of embedding carrier technology.The research mainly includes the following aspects:1.To promote the embedding microbial carrier technology in engineering application in the field of sewage treatment,research the carrier embedding denitrifying bacteria in activated sludge system activation features,under the condition of carrier dosing ratio is 10%,respectively,into the artificial configuration of ammonia nitrogen in water samples,artificial configuration under the condition of water samples+inoculation sludge activation and treatment effect;The activation of the carrier and the effect of treatment effect were investigated thoroughly.The effect of different temperature on the removal efficiency of nitrifying bacteria carrier;The hydraulic retention time after inoculated with activated sludge was investigated.Provide technical parameters for engineering applications.And it turns out:The nitrifying bacteria carrier can be activated in the activated sludge system 20d.Under different temperature conditions,the carrier of nitrifying bacteria can complete denitrification in 48h.The PH value of the pilot plant was between 7.0 and 8.2,and the PH value was not adjusted to meet the PH value of nitrifying bacteria carrier.Under the low temperature condition,the aeration amount should be controlled in 3.55mg/L when the carrier is completely fluidized in the reactor.The average water inlet ammonia nitrogen of the pilot test water plant was 53.28 mg/L,combined with the water outlet condition of the water plant,the carrier ratio could be set between 5%and10%.2.To improve the engineering application of immobilized nitrobacteria carriers?INC?technology on sewage treatment,an integrated interceptor was designed and used in the deep nitrification of INC and intercepting test,to resolve the stoppage of interceptor by INC.The effect of the application of the embedded nitrifying bacteria in the treatment of wastewater is studied,and the stability of the blocking and self-cleaning water interceptor is investigated,which can effectively solve the problems such as the easy loss of the carrier and the easy blockage of the water interceptor.The results show that:?1?The embedding nitrifying bacteria carrier combined with activated sludge system,in the low temperature?temperature 1915?,DO3 mg/L?or domesticated,under the condition of the activation time of no more than 20 d,and the hybrid system continuous culture domestication completed time to be shorter than the time needed for separate domestication.After the system is started,the load of embedding carrier is gradually improved.In the process of load improvement,the system effluent water quality?COD,NH3-N?has been stable and maintained at the level A discharge standard of pollutant discharge standards of urban sewage treatment plants;The biological processing load of the system is gradually improved,and the results show that the carrier has a strong impact load.?2?The embedded carrier system system is used to deal with the effluent of the municipal wastewater treatment plant,and the activation time in winter is only about 15d;After start-up,the system is stable operation under the condition of design parameters?except DO?,and the water quality is good.Embedding nitrifying bacteria carrier used for advanced treatment of COD,SS,ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency are,in the absence of activated sludge in a short period of time under the environment of biodegradable most of the ammonia nitrogen,ammonia water stability under 1 mg/L,COD is 1030 mg/L,effluent SS value is less than 10mg/L.It is well below the standard of grade one?A?,indicating that the carrier can be applied to the water treatment of urban water plant.?3?The drum outlet interceptor has the ability to intercept solve the problem of high ammonia nitrogen concentration,difficulty in reaching the water outlet in winter,no land for development in a wastewater treatment plant in ShanXi province,Sound Magic Cube?SMC?technology developed by Sound group was used on the upgrade and transformation.To improve the biochemical treatment effect of the original process of the wastewater plant,the original biochemical aerobic zone was transformed into SMC?embedded nitrocellulose carrier?-activated sludge complex process.The nitrification deficiency was strengthened by adding the carrier with 3%volume of the effective tank.After more than one year operation,the result showed that the effect was good and the anti-impact load capacity was strong,and the main water quality indexes were stably reach to the standard of grade one?A?.The carriers fluidization well in the whole system,and there is no accumulation of carrier and blockage of screen.The energy consumption of the modified system was almost the same as before.The technology could resolve the problem in the upgrade of plant for its process can reduce the engineering quantity greatly,it has the characteristics of low running cost,simple operation management and stable processing effect,which can solve the difficult problem in the upgrading and reconstruction of municipal sewage plant.
