Titanium and its alloys have wide application prospects in aerospace,sports,chemical industries and medical fields,because of their high specific strength,small density,good corrosion resistance and good biocompatibility.However,in practical application,the low hardness and poor wear resistance of titanium alloy greatly restrict the application of titanium alloy.Micro arc oxidation technology is a new surface modification technology developed on the basis of anodization.It can form a ceramic layer with metallurgical bonding on the surface of titanium alloy,and effectively improve the corrosion resistance,wear resistance and biocompatibility of titanium alloy.The factors of the technology are many,such as the composition of the electrolyte,the composition of the additive,the electrical parameters and the matrix material.In this paper,micro arc oxidation ceramic coatings on titanium alloy surface were prepared by micro arc oxidation technology.The basic electrolyte was composed of potassium fluozirconate,triethanolamine,six sodium phosphate and sodium hydroxide.The content of a single variable principle of zirconium potassium fluoride and six sodium hexametaphosphate were optimized,get more high-quality basic electrolyte,and the effects of potassium zirconium fluoride and six sodium hexametaphosphate in microarc oxidation process;then based on the optimization of the electrolyte,adding AlN and TiC nanoparticles to electrolytic solution in addition,to investigate these two kinds of nanoparticles influences on the properties of the coatings,and choose the optimal additive content.The experiment using scanning electron microscopy?SMX?micro morphology analysis on the experimental results,X ray diffraction?XRD?on the experimental results of phase composition analysis,and use the thickness tester and microhardness measurement of the film thickness and hardness,and the electrochemical workstation test the corrosion resistance of the coating,through the determination of abrasion resistance of film the friction and wear testing machine.The experimental results show that the electrolyte k2zrf6 influence of micro arc oxidation reaction of arc voltage,the voltage of six partial sodium phosphate had no effect on the reaction but can accelerate the reaction process,promote the reaction completely,k2zrf6?K2ZrF6?12 g/L,six sodium hexametaphosphate??NaPO3?6?15g/L for the final optimization results can;thickness,hardness wear resistance and corrosion resistance and other mechanical properties are obviously improved in the matrix of micro arc oxidation coatings on titanium alloy substrate surface for the quality of microarc oxidation coating nanoparticles additives more enhanced,which are AlN particles when the 6g/L film has the best corrosion resistance of the coating TiC particles 4g/L has the best wear resistance.
