With the rapid development of China's economy and the accelerating process of urbanization,a large number of construction wastes continue to emerge, causing more and more social and environmental problems. From the perspective of long-term development, the utilization of construction waste is an inevitable trend to solve this problem. It not only solves the problem of disposal of construction waste, but also has good social, economic and environmental benefits.Due to the high water absorption rate of recycled aggregates, the conventional recycled aggregate concrete mixing process easily forms a low water-cement ratio area around the aggregates, which in turn affects the strength of the recycled aggregate concrete.Through mechanism analysis and experimental verification,a premixed thick slurry method for improving the performance of recycled aggregate concrete is proposed, which can increase the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete for 28 days by about 8%to 19%;at the same time, the premixed thick slurry method. The frost resistance of the recycled aggregate concrete can be significantly improved without changing the mixing ratio, which provides a reference for the preparation process of recycled aggregate concrete. After testing the physical properties and chemical composition of the recycled powder,it was found that the recycled powder contained a large amount of SiO2 and CaO,which accounted for about 70%of the total.Based on this, the effect of recycled powder on the strength performance of cement mortar and the performance of recycled permeable concrete was studied.Determine the best amount of recycled fines is about 10%.In addition, the strength performance of recycled permeable concrete with double gradation is lower than that of single gradation, and the relationship between tensile strength and compressive strength is positively correlated, and it increases with the increase of compressive strength, and the ratio of tension to pressure is in the range of 19 Between%and 28%,it shows that the toughness increases, and the permeability of water increases, and the porosity decreases with the increase of the strength, which is basically an inverse correlation. Finally, through experiments, the main contents of the research and test results are summarized, and the application prospects of construction waste and recycled permeable concrete are forecasted.
