In the study of this paper,the triazole ligand contains three nitrogen atoms,which combines the respective coordination characteristics of pyridine and imidazole,has strong sigma-donor bond and low energy LUMO anti bonding orbital.Therefore,it is easy to form a stronger metal ion feedback?bond when coordinated with metal,and has strong coordination ability[1].However,the pyridine triazole ligand further introduces pyridine as bridging ligands based on three triazole ligands.Because of the variety,activity and valence of metal ions,the chemical activity of anions as well as the complexity of the physical and chemical properties of coordinating atom,pyridine triazole ligands have a variety of coordination environments and ways.So it can coordinate with a variety of different metal through monodentate or multidentate coordination to form kinds of metal complex with unique structure and properties.All in all,pyridine triazole ligand is a kind of alternative ideal unit ligands.Therefore,we have designed and synthesized a metal complex with pyridine triazole as ligand and carried out application studies on its activity.?1?First of all,pyridine triazole ligands were designed and synthesized in this paper.Through reacting with organic phosphor-copper???complex,the novel pyridine triazole-triphenylphosphine copper???complex was synthesized and its framework was detected by NMR and X-Ray diffraction.Thermogravimetric experiments showed that the structure of the pyridine triazole-triphenylphosphine copper???complex were high temperature resistant and stable.Then the complex catalyst was applied to the dehydrocyclization reaction with the synthesis of benzimidazole compounds and achieved good yields,which showed that the catalyst has good catalytic activity in this type of reaction.Further,the bactericidal activity test of the Partial synthesized target products can achieve good results,so the catalyst has a certain application significance in the field of medicine.?2?Secondly,on the basis of pyridine triazole-triphenylphosphine copper???complex,a pyridine triazole-triphenylphosphine dinuclear copper???complex was synthesized by changing types of non metal anions coordinated with pyridine triazole ligands,and its framework was detected by NMR and X-Ray diffraction.The thermal stability experiments show that the complex has better stability than that of the pyridine triazole-triphenylphosphine copper???complex,and is insensitive to air and various solvents.Finally,the complex catalyst was applied to the alkylation of aromatic amines and aromatic ketones by hydrogenation reaction.We conducted a series of substrate expansion experiments and found that reactants with various groups of atoms are very well tolerated,and obtained excellent yields.?3?Lastly,in this paper,a newly supported triazole catalyst was designed.The MCM-41supported triazole copper???complex catalyst was prepared by the advantages of high specific surface area,excellent stability and high activity of inorganic carrier MCM-41.Similarly,we confirmed that the triazole copper???complexes have been loaded on the MCM-41 support by characterization of various related devices.Subsequently,the performance of the sample was tested by BET,XRD and TG measurement.Next,the supported catalyst was applied to the N-alkylation of primary amine.The experimental results showed that the supported catalyst also had a good catalytic activity for hydrogenation reactions.
