The rapid development of technology for mechanical manufacturing processing quality,productivity and automation requirements are getting higher and higher,which requires a better machine static,dynamic,thermal performance and light weight.Optimizing the machine structure and using the new materials with excellent performance to manufacture the machine tool foundation are two effective ways to improve the machine performance.This paper mainly studies the design of the Basalt Fiber Polymer Concrete(BFPC)filled structure and its static,dynamic and thermal performance analysis.The concrete contents and conclusions are as follows:The TH5656 vertical machining center column is selected as the research prototype.Based on the premise,the use of stiffness theory design BFPC filling structure machine column.The static,dynamic and thermal properties of the column and the designed BFPC column are simulated by finite element simulation method,and the simulation results are compared.The results show that machine tool column filled BFPC can improve the machine static,dynamic,thermal performance and reduce the weight of the machine.The research results of this paper can be applied to the design and performance analysis of BFPC machine tool foundation parts,which provides a new way to improve the machine performance and reduce the machine's weight.
