| At this stage,our coal resources remains a major source of energy.After years of digging,a large number of large state-owned old mines continue to dig deeper,coupled with long-life,there will be support unstable or soft rock geology encountered within the coal mine tunnel.If people can not be monitored in advance,it will affect production,serious cases will pose a threat to personal safety,coupled with limited domestic and international research in this area,so urgently an effective monitoring system to surrounding rock stability and supporting health situation monitor.This paper proposed using fiber optic sensing technology to monitor the situation of the underground,using a special method of sensor processing,installation,and fiber grating demodulator hardware circuit design,including the F-P cavity drive circuit,signal amplification circuit,filter circuit,A / D conversion circuit and the like,until the collected data.In addition,in order to ensure accurate data,creative propose a new outlier test,and run through the preparation,improve the accuracy and efficiency of operations.Eventually,through the collation of data,systematic analysis of the stability of the roadway and supporting situation,it is concluded that each section of roadway stress with the change of working face advancing and transverse force situation of different depth,and also to verify the effectiveness of the monitoring system,which can be applied to a wide range of health monitoring of existing roadway and roadway safety monitoring,in order to mine safety production provides an important theoretical and technical support to ensure the sustained development of the national economy. |
