The requirement of Waste Utilisation ? Building Energy Saving ? green environmental protection?safety and reliability is becoming more of a concern in the development and research of wall-enclosure material in our country,and coal gangue sintered Self-conserving heat block is a kind of new building insulation material Prepared from solid waste of full coal gangue with light,well water absorption,well thermal insulating performance,good thermal insulation properties,broad prospect of application and its convenient for construction,it has made great contributions to our country.However,the market share of coal gangue sintered self-conserving heat block is too low and its specification is too single to play its real value,on the one hand,although the traditional solid blocks is simple to product,but it is waste resourcesa not match development,on the other hand,the block with high void ratio is restricted to production technology that couldn't match the requirement of heat transfer performance.so it has great application value to research and experiment the structure and thermal performance of coal gangue sintered self-conserving heat block.Domestic and international research of coal gangue sintered self-conserving heat block was concentrated in the thermal performance of self-insulation wall and neglect the structure of it.In this paper,heat performance and influencing factors of the temperature distribution of coal gangue sintered self-conserving heat block are analyzed.and the calculation methods of various temperature fields are summarized.The steady-state heat transfer test was carried out by changing the cell structure,filler and void ratio of coal gangue sintered self-conserving heat block.Use finite element methods to calculate the temperature effect of self-conserving heat block,simulate the temperature by ANSYS.Study on the problem aiming at the heat bridge and crack of the wall.Analysis thermal insulation property of wall and analysis the actual application of coal gangue sintered self-conserving heat block according to the relevant regulations of the country.The results show:1?The optimum combination of coal gangue sintered self-conserving heat block was size:240mm x 190(200)mm x 190 mm,pore structure:nine row-hole,filler:polyurethane rigid foam2 ?Analysis the size ? filling material ? hole-lines of coal gangue sinteredself-conserving heat block,the promote of thermal insulation performance was minimal when the row number was over 7 and its reached maximum when the row number is 9.3 ?The heat brigde of the wall cause a large of heat losses and failure the self-insulation system.In the temperature field,the tensile stress of the wall is greater than that of the wall and the position of the maximum displacement is around the wall,difference value between the maximum and minimum is very large so it has risk of crack.4?The wall constituted by this kind of coal gangue sintered self-conserving heat block is a efficient energy-saving building materials,its energy-saving effect outclass local standard according to the local cold winter and warm summer climate region,s engineering simulation.
