ZhuJiaDian 101 fully mechanized caving face as superhigh seam,layer-1 was first mined.Based on the production practice of ZhuJiaDian 101 fully mechanized caving face,goaf extraction by pipe laying,relief pumping drainage,high drill holes extracting can effectively reduce the working face gas harm,reduce the pressure ventilation,to ensure the safety of working face,that is of great significance.Based on the basis of field measurement to determine the gas occurrence under the influence of related parameters and mining,the change rule of basic parameters to determine reasonable pressure relief drainage distance in advance.Using COMSOL numerical simulation software established the coal seam gas extraction numerical simulation 3d model based on the theory of solid mechanics,darcy's law,through the numerical simulation study extraction from borehole spacing,the diameter and extraction time on the influence of gas pressure relief range and unloading speed to determine the reasonable of the coal seam gas extraction process parameters.Established extraction process of CH4 emitted model,based on freedom and fluid flow theory of porous media,porous medium mass transfer theory,study different air volume and extraction mouth location and extraction flow under the condition of goaf spontaneous combustion three zones,the gas concentration distribution and change rule through the numerical simulation,the extraction mouth position and determine the best extraction flow and time.Carry out experimental study on high level borehole drainage extraction,study the gas concentration and scalar change of constructing start from the return air roadway roof,the end hole from the return air lane and the spacing between two sets of boreholes,determined the optimum process parameters of high level borehole drainage extraction.Finally carry out field experimental study on the comprehensive extraction effect and analysis,provide the basis for the management of working face gas.The technical parameters of three kinds of extraction technology were determined through the above research.The upper corner and return air gas concentrations of working face are 0.62%?0.83%and 0.28%?0.42%during the comprehensive extraction according to field implementation.Generally does not appear roadway phenomenon,this can provide technical support for the safety and efficient mining of the working face.
