| CO of coal working face seriously damage to the working surface of the production environment,harm the health of the miners,the normal production of the working face.Some coal seam occurrence CO,coupled with the goaf emissiroadwayon caused by the CO accumulation of a certain amount in coal mining face and ventilation,which will not only easily lead to prediction of spontaneous combustion fire of false positives,and even a direct threat to the health of the miners,to have a major effect on the normal coal mine ventilation and safety in production.Ryan coal seam first mining layer 014N1-1 fully mechanized caving face as the research object in this thesis,during the coal seam excavat and work without spontaneous combustion indication of ventilation roadway detection by CO and excessive(more than 24ppm "coal mine safety regulations" provisions).In order to grasp the CO occurrence regularity of coal seam and goaf CO emission law,for 014N1-1 fully mechanized caving face,based on the methods field test,indoor experiment,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,the major work and the results achieved are as follows:① By using drilling method to verify the occurrence of Coal CO,and then to gas and CO content were determined according.According to the specific location of the coal seam test and the gas and CO contents of the coal seam,the gas and CO geological map of the coal seam is drawn.The geological map of the coal seam can be targeted at the stage of CO and gas.③According to the monitoring system in coal mine monitoring 014N1-1 working face mining 170 return roadway CO concentration,gas concentration,pumping system parameters,identified the coal CO,gas emission amount and adjacent layer emission ratio,mined out area extraction ratio.④ Through the study of mining field theory,mining empty area gas concentration field theory,mined out area temperature field theory establish the numerical model of goaf CO emission and the distribution,focuses on the analysis of the influence of CO source strength,reaction rate of CO,gas source strength,wind speed of working face,mining speed of the working face of the mined out areas and work co aggregated distribution law and emission.Through the orthogonal experiment,the experiment of 6 levels of 5 factors was simplified,and the numerical simulation was carried out according to the orthogonal experiment table.According to the simulation results combined with SPSS multiple factors stepwise regression analysis,the integrated equation of CO emission in goaf was established,and the fitting equation was modified according to the measured results.In this thesis,we study the coal CO occurrence and emission law and the influence factors and the establishment of goaf CO emission prediction model,laid a theoretical foundation for the Ryan coal mine management co work,can effectively guide the mine ventilation to ensure mine safety production. |
