Thioether compounds have been widely used in many fields such as pesticides,pharmaceutical intermediates and material synthesis.At the same time,the construction of C-S bonds is one of the focuses in the field of organic synthesis.Exploring a more green and efficient C-S bond generation reaction system has also became one of the research hotspots.In this dissertation,We used thiophenol and its derivatives as raw materials to carry out the research on the synthesis of aryl sulfides with 2-naphthol,indole and 1,2-diaminobenzene.Its contents are as follows:1.A series of 1-arylthioether-2-naphthol derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of arylthiophenol and 2-naphthol or their derivatives under base conditions.The advantage of this type of reaction is that it does not require metal catalysts.Oxygen acts as a green oxidant and water acts as a green solvent.The substrates have a wide range of adaptability and good yields.This work provides a simple,green,and effective new route for the synthesis of aryl sulfide derivatives.2.Base-promoted reactions of arylthiophenols,paraformaldehyde and indoles derivatives to form 3-arylthiomethyl steroids.The non-toxic paraformaldehyde provides a small molecule carbon source,and water acts as a green solvent to achieve a three-component reaction for the construction of C-C bonds and C-S bonds.3.1-Arylthiormethyl benzimidazoles were synthesized by reaction of o-phenylenedianine,paraformaldehyde and arylthiophenol.The reaction was achieved by the high yields of the three raw materials and four components,and the base promotes the smooth progress of the reaction.There is no need for metals in reaction conditions.In addition,when another aldehyde was used in the reaction,the synthesis of 2-substituted-l-arylthiomethyl benzimidazole was synthesized by a four raw materials four-component.This method also affords good separation yields.
