In vivo,Sugar is an excellent cryoprotectant,and salt and acid can mediate the blood pressure.Based on the quasi-tetrahedron geometry of a water molecule and the theory of O:H-O bond cooperative relaxation,by the use of Raman spectroscopy,Fourier Infrared Spectrometer(FT-IR),tensiometer and contact angle meter and differential phonon spectrametrics,we explore O:H-O bond cooperative relaxation and degree of polarization in three kinds of solutions to clear the underlying machanism of effect of the antifreezing protection by sugar and the blood mediation by salt or acid,the main research content of this paper is as follows:1)We confirm that fructose,glucose and trehalose can decrease freezing point TN and melting point Tm by Raman spectroscopy in the cooling state and ?L and ?H undergo a redshift,which means O:H nonbond and H-O bond become longer and weaker because molecular polarization and local distortion effect.We found the redshift of ?L and ?H result in the reduction of freezing point TN and melting point Tm.The reduction of H-O dangling bonds and the increaseing of the hydration shell can slow down the molecular motion,enhance structural orders.The lower freezing point TN and slower molecular motion prevent the formation of ice crystals effectively and low temperature damage.2)We found sodium glutamate and sodium chloride as salt solute have a polarization effect on O:H-O bond,which elonges O:H nonbond and contracts H-O bond.The degree of polarization has a linear relationship with the concentration.Contact angle will increase with the increasing of salt concentration,which means that polarization rearranges and polarizes water molecule,thus enhance the contact angle and surface tension.In blood,polarization effect due to excessive salt intake will make the blood structure more orderly,and obstruct blood flow in the blood vessels causing high blood pressure.3)We found acetic acid and ascorbic acid as acid molecule as a dipole make acid solutions have a molecular polarization effect on O:H-O bond,which elonges O:H nonbond and contracts H-O bond,polarization effect have a saturation value with the increasing because of solute-solute interaction.Unlike salt,the contact angle of acid solution decrease with the increasing of aicd concentration,which means solute-solute interaction,anti-hydrogen H??H and super-hydrogen O:??:O embrittle hydrogen-bond network to generate depolarization and then decrease the contact angle and surface tension.In blood,depolarization effect due to vinegar and vitamin C intake will make the blood structure more orderly,and obstruct blood flow in the blood vessels causing high blood pressure.
