TheFexAlCrCuCoTi0.4?x=0,1?high-entropyalloycoatingsandthe FexAlCrCuCoTi0.4?x=0,1?high-entropy alloy coatings with fly ash of coal resources associated as surfactant activity were synthesized on Q235 steel by argon arc cladding method,and then select the best performance of the high-entropy alloy coating formula to prepare the high-entropy alloy matrix composite coatings.The structure and tribological properties of high-entropy alloy coatings and the its composite coatings were measured by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,x-ray diffractometer,microhardness tester and erosion wear testing machine.Analysis showed that the phases of FexAlCrCuCoTi0.4.4 high-entropy alloy coatings in this study were simple BCC solide solution structure in the FexAlCrCuCoTi0.4 system,but in addition to the BCC phase,the FCC phase was also generated in the activity FexAlCrCuCoTi0.4 system.Among them,the Fe1AlCrCuCoTi0.4 high-entropy alloy coating and the substrate is metallurgical bonding,its micro hardness up to 524.9HV0.2,about 3.07 times to the matrix.Based on the formula of Fe1AlCrCuCoTi0.4 high-entropy alloy coating,the Fe1AlCrCuCoTi0.4+y%TiC?y=5,15,25,35?high-entropy alloy matrix composite coatings were designed.The microstructure of the composite coating were composed of BCC and TiC,with the increase of TiC content,the hardness of the composite coatings increased.When the content of TiC was 35%,the micro hardness of the composite coating was up to 1107.5HV0.2,which was 6.51 times to the Q235 steel substrate,and higher than the other three kinds of composite coatings.The abrasive wear performance of the Fe1AlCrCuCoTi0.4 high-entropy alloy coating and the Fe1AlCrCuCoTi0.4+35%TiC high-entropy alloy composite coating are controlled by 3.55-4.12 times and 3.91-7.06 times of the matrix at different loads and different sand grain sizes.The erosion wear performance are improved to 2.98-5.27times and 3.60-8.34 times of the matrix at different erosion speeds,concentration of the medium,angles and different medium erosion conditions.
