In the paper,carboxymethyl starch/chitosan composite membrane and carboxymethyl starch/gelatin/chitosan composite membrane were prepared by solution blending method;the composite membrane of structure and surface morphology were investigated of X-ray diffraction(XRD),fu Liye infrared analyzer(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM);study on the content of chitosan,carboxymethyl starch content,gelatin content,glycerol content,acetic acid concentration,drying temperature of the composite membrane mechanical properties,water vapor transmission rate,oxygen resistance,water solubility and transparency.The surface morphology and structure of the composite membrane were analyzed,the results show:with the carboxymethyl starch joining,carboxymethyl starch molecules have carboxyl,hydroxyl and other oxygen-containing groups,can combine chitosan and gelatin molecules of amino and hydroxyl groups,resulting intermolecular electrostatic force and hydrogen bond stronger,when the content of carboxymethyl starch is higher than 20%,the surface of the composite membrane is wrinkled,and the interaction between the molecules is weakened;The properties of carboxymethyl starch/chitosan composite membrane were tested,the results show:when chitosan content was 2%,carboxymethyl starch content was 20%,acetic acid concent was 2%,glycerol content was 2%,drying temperature was 55?,the tensile strength of the composite film was 80.324MPa,the fracture elongation was 12.316%,the water vapor transmission rate was 3.017×10-11g/(m·s·Pa),the peroxide value was 1.834 g/100g,the water solubility was 8.015%,and the transparency was 83.765%.The properties of carboxymethyl starch/gelatin/chitosan composite membrane were tested,the results show:when chitosan content was 2%,carboxymethyl starch content was 20%,glycerol content was 2%,gelatin content was 2%,acetic acid concentration was 2%,drying temperature was 55?,the tensile strength of the composite film was 79.342MPa,the fracture elongation was 12.301%,the water vapor transmission rate was 2.809×1 0-11g/(m s Pa),the peroxide value was 1.476g/100g,the water solubility was 7.876%,and the transparency was 90.314%.
