As the country has become more and more concerned about the clean production of coal-fired power plants,many power plants are making environmental and energy-saving modifications.The slag discharge system of coal-fired boilers is one of the most important auxiliary equipments in the power plant,which plays a key role in power plant production.In this paper,Wangqu power plant boiler slag discharge system was researched,which power plant used CLYDE slag crusher and hydraulic jet discharge system on a regular basis.The coking phenomenon is particularly prominent in the back of blending coal slag system,so it is necessary for modification of boiler slag discharge system,to reduce the coking problem.At first,it studied the coal-fired power plant boiler slag discharge mode,and analyse the current research situation at home and abroad,compared with the wet sludge discharge system,dry sludge discharge system have the following advantages such as saving factory water,reducing boiler heat loss.At the same time,also can effectively solve the coking problem of the power plant.So after in-depth research,two more appropriate retrofit scheme was proposed,one is the steel strip dry slag pneumatic conveying retrofit scheme,another is the steel strip dry slag discharge mechanical transmission.In this paper,the two retrofit scheme after the reconstruction of complexity and cost,effect and makes a deep comparative analysis,found that the steel belt sludge discharge machine with secondary steel belt mechanical transmission mode is more suitable for the Wangqu power plant,because it has more prominent advantages.The retrofit scheme determined,based on the implementation of the reform plan has made the detailed introduction,transformation completed.after the reconstruction is completed,it is will save 4770 tons of standard coal each year,according to the power plant coal prices first,can save coal cost more than 28 millons each year.Visible.The project can not only satisfy the requirements of environmental protection,reduce the operation cost,but also improves the utilization value of slag which is very important for the efficient and economic operation of power plant.
