As one of the fruits with Chinese characteristics,the navel orange of southern jiangxi is closely watched.In recent years due to the increasingly serious environmental pollution,especially the soil heavy metal pollution,the heavy metals in the soil were enriched and transferred by the navel orange root system,and the navel orange fruit was contaminated with different levels of heavy metal.In order to satisfy the rapid detection of heavy metals in navel orange,laser induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)was introduced as the heavy metal detection technology in navel orange.In this paper,the feasibility and accuracy of LIBS technology on heavy metal Cd,Cu and Pb elements in navel orange fresh fruit skin are investigated.The main contents are as follows:In this paper,the content of heavy metal Cd,Cu and Pb in the original uncontaminated peel and pulp was obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry,and the relationship between the contents of heavy metals in peel and pulp was analyzed.According to this,the heavy metal content of navel orange pulp was analyzed with the content of navel orange peel.obtained the original fresh sample navel orange peel,pulp LIBS spectrum information,by analyzing the spectrum information known original navel orange peel,pulp was not detected in the obvious heavy metal Cd,Cu,Pb characteristic spectrum,So as to explore the feasibility of LIBS testing,Navel oranges need to be treated with heavy metal contamination in the laboratory,navel orange after pollution treatment can detect obvious spectrum peaks of Cd,Cu,Pb,and get the real content of heavy metal Cd,Cu and Pb of navel orange peel after pollution.The LIBS spectral information of the fresh fruit peel of navel orange after pollution was analyzed with the AAS multivariate regression analysis method for the mass fraction of Cd,Cu and Pb in navel orange samples,Analysis results show that the combined with partial least squares(partial further square,PLS)multivariate analysis of the mass fraction of Cd,Cu,Pb and its corresponding band of LIBS information correlation coefficient R2 were 0.9560,0.9888,0.9548,prediction set root mean square error(RMSECP)were 20.49,3.40,2.58,the average relative error of prediction set were 9.14%,8.05% and 6.87%.The results show that LIBS technology is feasible in navel orange heavy metal Cd,Cu and Pb.Compared with the traditional AAS detection results,the relative error is relatively small,indicating that LIBS detection has high accuracy.To sum up,the LIBS technology for heavy metal Cd,Cu,Pb elements in sample of fresh navel orange peel has a good calibration results,and three heavy metal elementscan be tested simultaneously,which has great potential in the detection of navel orange heavy metal.
